Just finished a fantastic 2 night stay. So happy to be able to visit, once again. This is my favorite hotel. They consistently execute highly in every department. Mohammed at check in was excellent. Jaime in Esplette is a favorite. Housekeeping staff is on their game. The staff goes out of their way to make us feel special. Always a treat. Thank you, WA BH!

If someone told you this was the best hotel they've ever been to. THEN ME TO cause they did NOT LIE. I was there for like less than 12 hours and I felt like I was on top of the world. I booked a same day stay and when I came in I was offered an upgrade to a Jr Suite as a Diamond member y'all. My room wasn't ready so Jenifer in the front desk offered to hold my bags while I sat in the rooftop hot tub! She was so amazing and I got to learn about her roots. Very attentive and so sweet. When I got to the rooftop I was greeted by Mimi who was the pool attendant offering me drinks, lifting my spirits and it was so pleasant seeing a smiling face before I relaxed in the pool. Eventually I was done with the pool and my room was ready and y'all. It was ASTOUNDING! LARGE! CLEAN! FIT FOR A KING! The balcony, the larger than life closet, huge bathroom. My god I want to go back. Afterwards I took a shower and made my way up to the rooftop restaraunt and me and my waiter Nick designed a little 5 course meal and the flavors were just screaming at me louder and louder after every dish . My dishes were served one after another without me speaking a word. After eating like a king, it was time to sleep like a king and literally the bed sheets y'all, SOFTNESS at its peak. I thought Marriott had good beds but the Waldorf Astoria is doing their thang! Definitely planning to come back next time I'm in LA!

I stayed at the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills for two nights, and neither of them offered me turndown service. I called the front desk three times to request it, but still no service. This is not the service you should expect from a high-end hotel. I even went to the front desk to tell the staff. What's even more outrageous is that after I checked out, the person who helped me with the check-out seemed completely unaware that this had happened, and I had to bring it up myself. I had called the front desk and Hilton members' center months in advance to inform them of my desired arrangements upon check-in. However, this experience significantly lowered my expectations and my willingness to stay at Hilton. I am an ambassador and diamond member at Marriott and InterContinental, having stayed in hundreds of hotels. I specifically chose the Waldorf Astoria Hilton for my wedding anniversary trip, and this outcome was truly disappointing. I have already filed a complaint with the members' center, and customer service told me that a hotel staff member would get back to me. Two days have passed, and it seems that the hotel doesn't care about the feelings of guests at all.

I just wrapped up a 5-night stay at this property. (This is my 2nd stay this year at the WA BH.) The hotel is walking distance from many options for cafes, dining, and shopping. We spent most of our time carless and enjoyed it immensely. The highlight for us is the breakfast crew and the breakfast itself. I tip my hat to the hostess Aksana and the team of Victor, Fermin, Angel, Ramon, Alfonso, Jaime, and, of course, Don Luis. They each made me us feel like rockstars. It was such a nice combination of professional service and a personal touch. (I think our average breakfast lasted 2+ hours.) This was the same group working 6 months ago. The hotel clearly has their A-team and they just keep getting better. We also made it up to the rooftop for a really good meal. I recommend the burger 100%. There is some room for improvement with regard to the hostess - S from Italy - that sat us in the rooftop. She also was our hostess at breakfast the next morning. A smile and a "hello" go a long way. I'm not sure her personality fits the vibe of the breakfast club. In any event, thank you for a stay.
