We were not hotel patrons and were simply using the car charging facility, yet Lina was incredibly hospitable and generous, checking in on us and making sure we were comfortable. What really stood out was that she treated every guest with the same warmth and a genuine smile. When you are tired and struggling, that kind of kindness makes such a difference. It was truly heartening to see such good people. Thank you, Lina, for going above and beyond.

When I asked for extra pillows, the front desk staff replied dismissively and said it was ‘too much”. I was surprised beacuse I never heard a response lime this before when I booked to other hotels and requested extra pillows that I neede because of my medical situation . That guy from front desk’s response was rude and unprofessional.”
