The suites are: (1) big, (2) very clean, (4) beautiful, and (4) thoughtfully designed with a great kitchen; it's far better than the average compact hotel room. There are 2 TVs in the suite with plenty of streaming services available. There are also washing machines and dryers on each floor. We were lucky to have a room with an ocean view and watching the sunrise from the balcony was unforgettable. The amenities are great, but it's the staff that are truly kind. They let our kids use the pool after checkout and provided everything we needed for a final shower. With stunning beaches and restaurants within walking distance, it's the perfect getaway. Even with the holiday pricing, the hospitality made it completely worth it.

The only downside is no restaurant on site - but Avila is just a 2 min drive or short walk to several restaurants, coffee shops, tasting rooms, etc. the staff was friendly and the room great. We loved the private balcony we had and the view was beautiful. ☺️
- TST SweeneyNov 26, 20253.0The hallways, elevators, stairwells, are very tired and need to be updated. I was surprised at the average (at best) condition of the property. My room was fine. The inside of the shower curtain hadn’t been cleaned; I had to rinse several very obvious long, dark hairs off. Other than that, the bathroom was nice, though there’s very little counter space for toiletries. The bed was comfortable. The location is great; I could hear the surf with the sliding door open.
