It was quite a bit more expensive than the Microtel nearby.

Upon checking in and entering my room, I heard water running and dripping loudly in the bathroom. I looked and found a dirty, soaked towel in the shower, dirty footprints in and around the shower. The way was constantly leaking from the shower head. I immediately notified the front desk and Angela, told me that all of the rooms had that and the towel was there to prevent flooding in the bathroom. It was late at night and I had to be up early to drive to my next location or I would have just checked out. I tried to go bed and could not sleep from the noise of the water and I could hear the man snoring in the room next to me. I reached out to the front desk again and she finally agreed to move me to a new room. Magically the new room did not have dripping water or dirty towels in the shower. I had to get out of bed and pack up everything and walk through the hotel late at night in my pajamas to move, when they had no business putting a guest in a room like that in the first place. I should have been offered a new room when I first notified the front desk. I probably would have been grossed out to shower in the morning.
