Don't have a single bad thing to say about the service and attitude of those working here. Please keep up the great hospitality! The kids love the indoor pool, the gym is nice as an option while on the go, and the breakfast is what you'd expect from a Hampton Inn. The location is also great. Easy to hop on the freeway, the college is close and downtown Arcata is a few minutes down the road. There is a grocery store, gas, and decent food options nearby as well. There are some slightly "sketchy" lodging options in the Arcata area, but here we've always felt safe. If there was ONE suggestion/complaint it would be to upgrade the beds. :) But the nice size rooms and everything else I've mentioned easily makes up for this. Thank you!

Laundry room needs repair, as the dryers leave the clothing damp and require at least two runs to be dry. Front desk/management seems to already know about the issue.
