Other than that we stayed 2 nights and each night in a different room and both room were completely out of conditioner. Only one elevator worked and you had to pay 16.50 for a Continental breakfast. Also there is no bar or restaurant. 1st garden inn I've seen without one, even tho they have signs up as if they do. What they offer is a canned jack and coke for 12 dollars in the convenience area. And frozen burritos.

The empty lotion bottle, three hairs in the shower that aren't my hair color, a King Size bed frame with a Queen mattress—I didn't expect the bed frame to stick out this much; I bumped into it with my foot...😰😰 The air conditioning also had no power, it was stuffy and uncomfortable... Thankfully, I only stayed for one night! I do not recommend this hotel.. 😤😤"

No Complimentary breakfast like at all other hotels. The free coffee bar was sub-par. No flavored creamer, none. I mean even Days Inn has flavored creamer and free breakfast. Disappointed with Hilton Garden Inn, supposed to be top of the line in hotels. As a veteran I was upset to see the American Flag not properly attached on the flagpole. I told the front desk, but the next day it was still not fixed.
