Overall very nice hotel and its clean after driving for over 7 hours this definitely exceeded our needs safe for my children and my vehicle cant say the same for the hotels we went to get lol I willingly paid the price for quality xo the room i gave 4 the shampoo and soap was completely empty but when I called they brought it up so easy fix

The restaurant needs some updates. The menu has an Italian theme, but it isn't very good. The staff is friendly and tries to be attentive, but service is slow. The kitchen staff and menu planning are responsible for this, leading to long waits and cold food, such as waffles. The avocado toast is poorly prepared—it's just avocado spread on a plate, topped with greens, scrambled eggs, and ricotta cheese. When I asked for a side of bacon, I overheard the kitchen staff saying, "Right, a side of bacon with the avocados." We had lunch on another day, pizza and a meatball pizza sandwich - just uninteresting for the price. Finally, there isn't a chair to sit in in the king room with the provided table; I had to be in the lobby to get some work done.

Great stay for the Christmas holiday. Service from check-in to dinner at 1970s restaurant, on-site , to housekeeping , was flawless. Fabian, at check in, was warm and welcoming, offering us more than the standard info about the hotel, interested in our stay answering questions and making suggestions to enhance our visit.
The room was new, modern and the bedding was perfect.
This is a new hotel in Arcadia with the perfect location for shopping, Santa Anita race track, and the lovely quaint town of Monrovia just 2 miles away. It was a lovely getaway!
I had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the bed was especially comfortable after a long day. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and I would happily stay here again!

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Hilton
This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, and absolutely not what I expect from the Hilton brand.
We stayed from December 20 to December 22.
On the first night, at around 1:30 AM, the hotel fire alarm suddenly went on, waking up our entire family, including our children. I personally have serious sleep issues, and it took me a long time to finally fall back asleep.
Then, around 2:30 AM, the TV in our room turned on by itself. The remote control would not turn it off properly — every time we tried, the screen showed “HDMI disconnected source” instead of shutting down. We had to call hotel staff to come up and manually turn it off.
Unbelievably, at around 3:30 AM, the TV turned on again by itself, and staff had to come up a second time to deal with the same issue. Our entire night was completely ruined.
The next morning (Dec 21), we explicitly requested housekeeping at the front desk. When we returned to the room that evening, nothing had been done. No cleaning. No service. Nothing.
This was the final straw.
At checkout, I raised all of these issues with the front desk. The response was cold, dismissive, and indifferent — just a brief “sorry” and “we’ll let the manager know,” with no real concern or effort to resolve anything. A few hours later, I simply received the bill.
Honestly, I am extremely disappointed. I have never experienced service this poor at a Hilton property. This stay showed a complete lack of basic quality control, customer care, and management oversight.
I will be writing directly to the General Manager, because the way this hotel is being managed is unacceptable.
If this is Hilton’s standard now, it is truly alarming.
I would strongly caution families with children or light sleepers to avoid this property.
Here is update:
I called the number provided in the hotel’s response and was told someone would call me back. That was over two weeks ago, and no one ever followed up.
It gives the clear impression that once full payment is made, customer concerns are no longer a priority. This level of service is disappointing and well below what I would expect from a Hilton property.
Still waiting for a response.
