I stayed in room 139, and the beds were like sleeping on tree roots. I got an extra blanket and slept on top of it the second night, and it was fine.

Sheets are gross. I don’t know what was going on there. Toilet seat was gross. Picture was after I scrubbed it. Yuck. The rest of it was fine but the details matter.

My room had dry urine on the toilet seat and hairs on the shower tiles. Breakfast staff is also unfriendly and the trash in the lobby is overflowing. The rooms aren’t noise-proof, so I was stuck listening to either construction or a train passing by every twenty minutes throughout the night. I don’t think I’ll be coming back since there’s plenty of other, better options along the same street.

The room were clean, though it was slightly smaller than the previous Hampton Inn we stayed at (in El Segundo) The staff was courteous, and the hotel looked like it was a little on the older side

Great hotel experience! This hotel is located in a great area with plenty of convenient options for any vacation needs or grabbing a quick bite. The breakfast was awesome due to the fact that they seem to rotate a few items in and out, giving you some variety if youre staying a few nights. Overall GREAT quality provided by the staff. Rooms felt cozy, clean, and private. The parking situation was phenomenal 🙌 always parking available at no additional cost. Having feminine products complementary at the desk was also a huge plus, I wish they could be stocked in the rooms but understandably its best to control that type of inventory, although I would suggest maybe giving 2 or 3 at a time would be helpful for the day without having to visit the desk too much. Again, you just cant beat this location-we stayed for universal and disney and both locations were under an hour to get to and the overall area around here feels incredibly safe, quiet, and comfortable. Overall coming back to the room each night after a LONG planned day did actually kind of feel like a home and the showers were a major plus towards that as well. I liked that they offer sensitive options for lotion, conditioner, and shampoo that leaves you feeling pretty refreshed. Will be booking again on the next excursion.
