- MMManravOct 11, 20251.0I loved this hotel and the team there so much, it was awful to wake up with bed-bug rash all over my exposed areas (arms, hands, feet) the next day. After inspecting the surrounding area, I was able to find the symptoms and signs of bedbugs. I was in a room on the third floor. Unfortunately cannot recommend, a deep clean of the sheets and mattresses is 100% needed here, I've never experienced anything this painful, rough, and disgusting to deal with on my own skin. However, I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt they'll hear this and invest in improving - they seemed like good peeps other than that.

It's a breath of fresh air from other major city airports. Parking lot for this hotel has a lot of warnings about theft which is prevalent in Oakland, but common sense goes like this: Don't leave anything steal-able in your car. Not even a phone charger.

We enjoyed a sunset walk and dinner next store at the Hampton Inn as the Home 2 Suites does not have a restaurant only a small store. Definitely will stay again next time we fly into Oakland. Definitely recommend
