- MMManravOct 11, 20251.0I loved this hotel and the team there so much, it was awful to wake up with bed-bug rash all over my exposed areas (arms, hands, feet) the next day. After inspecting the surrounding area, I was able to find the symptoms and signs of bedbugs. I was in a room on the third floor. Unfortunately cannot recommend, a deep clean of the sheets and mattresses is 100% needed here, I've never experienced anything this painful, rough, and disgusting to deal with on my own skin. However, I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt they'll hear this and invest in improving - they seemed like good peeps other than that.
