The room was large and the beds were awesome. We were in town for a girls' weekend of playing cards and hanging by the pool. Robert brought us a card table and chairs. They went out of their way to make us have a nice weekend. I can't say enough about the staff and the hotel. There is a ton of great restaurants and good shopping nearby. Beautiful hiking trails and gardens. It was an excellent experience.

Coffee and puzzles available in the lobby, pool, and 24/7 gym. The included breakfast in the morning 6-10am was good, with waffles, oatmeal, breads, fruit, yogurt, eggs, potatoes, cereal, and sausage.

I went to the desk to ask for a refund and they said call the manager during the week. The manager Jesus is supposed to be there from 8-3. I call on Monday at 10 and he's not there. I leave a message for him to call back and he never does. I call again on Wednesday at 10am and the guy says he's not here yet. Oh actually he just walked in. Transfers me a few times and he isnt picking up. Finally talk to him and he says no we cant refund you because the room was used. Used for what? What ridiculous service and the manager isn't even showing up to work.
