Vince is enthusiastic and passionate. Our meal was excellent and the beef tenderloin was probably the best we have had. The baked alaska dessert was a special touch. A lovely relaxed evening.

Accidents happen, but the way the front desk and management handled it (saying it was less than it was, there was nothing they can do) and the amount of time we spent even trying to get it rectified (talked to front desk and manager, called back after returning home) as our bill was wrong since they were going to take off the resort fees and screwed that up (which only amounted to $60 worth - not even close to the $180 bottle of cologne). We are not happy at all.

The toilette in our bathroom broke, and they brought a new one in and install it. All of the process it took from 10AM until 2pm. So they were pretty fast addressing our problem. There was cleaning service coming to our room after the plumbers finished also. 👌 As for food options. They have amazing food! They offer a Special Brunch on Sundays (starting at 10AM) with is a buffet set up in the restaurant. Soo good. Specially their sea food station! Our waiter was the nicest most polite boy ever. He addressed all of our questions regarding attractions in Kelowna. Every one greets you. There is beautiful greenery and outstanding fall -vibe' views!

What is the cost of parking?
Parking is $15 a night for overnight hotel guests and $50 per day for any non-hotel guests. Restaurant guests will receive 2 free hours of parking, with an option to extend to if staying longer. Registration required. Please see the Manteo front desk for more information.

Eldorado Resort has 2 fitness centers, 2 indoor pools, 2 indoor hot tubs, 2 outdoor pools, and 3 outdoor hot tubs. Our indoor pool and hot tub at Manteo is open daily 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Our indoor pool and hot tub at Hotel Eldorado is open daily 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM. One of our outdoor pools is adults only 16+. Our outdoor pools are openly seasonally, in the summer.
Do you have breakfast?
Yes, in-room and at Hotel Eldorado's Lakeside Dining Room available from 7 am - 10:30 am at an additional cost, unless included in your package or convention.
