Bhatia4 days ago1.0I checked in late at night and was told I could check out “around noon.” Despite this, before it was even 11 AM, housekeeping knocked and entered my room within seconds. I called out, but they ignored it and came in anyway. This is a complete privacy breach and an unacceptable standard for any hotel. When I brought this to the manager, she had no real explanation. She said they would “adjust the policy,” yet still tried to justify it by saying check-out is 11 AM — even though I was explicitly told otherwise at check-in. Nothing about this makes it acceptable to enter a guest’s room so abruptly. The woman who checked me in was great, but this experience overshadowed everything. Because of this simple but serious incident, I will never stay at this hotel again.

Lady said we would receive 2 or 3 nights free stay in the future, for our stay with them. We asked if there was anything we had to do she said she took care of everything and all we had to do was make arrangements and our room would be covered. Come to find out we had to make an account to get these points which was never mentioned, she said she took care of it. Now we lost our free nights also had to pay for the weekend that was supposed to be covered. Thanks alot really nice stress free weekend
