We were really surprised by how early everything shuts down at this Hilton resort. Room service ends at 9 PM, the bar closes at 10 PM, and after that the entire property basically shuts down. No late-night snacks, no pantry, no market, no vending machines—nothing.
It feels like this place is designed exclusively for families with early bedtimes, but if you want literally anything after 10 PM (even just a bag of Cheetos), you’re out of luck.
For a resort at this price point, I expected at least a 24-hour market, vending machines, or minimal late-night options. It made the stay feel surprisingly inconvenient, and definitely not on par with what we usually experience at Hilton properties.

You'd think having an event with over 200 people the Hotel for ASPAA they would do a better job planning to get this large group checked in especially when people had to be here since 10 am ..

Had a wonderful time line dancing outside under the stars. I am very grateful to them for hosting this event. The hosts and staff were very helpful. I hope they have more events in the future

Really disappointing experience. We had a king bed room, and it was less than desirable. The room smelled of mildew and was extremely outdated and very plain, minimal decor which made it feel very empty. The bathroom was tiny making it very hard to move around in it as the door opened right into the sink vanity. The hair dryer was extremely dirty. The halls to the rooms were dark, outdated and also smelled of mildew. The outside grounds were nice but the hot tub was dirty at the bottom and the pool was cold. Food and drinks were decent, but expected more for the price.

Such a beautiful resort. My wife and I stayed there for a week. So many amenities. Great location. Our room had a mountain view. We drank our coffee each morning watching the sunrise over the mountains.
