TV's have a greeting screen when you walk in and the room was very clean and tidy. The complimentary breakfast is on the lower tier of hotel breakfasts in my opinion, but they have a good selection every day. Just something to look out for.

The room looked clean but you can tell that it was not done properly (no attention to details and hidden areas). They offer every other day housekeeping which basically meant taking garbage out and replacing the towels. They didn’t even make the beds or clean the kitchen. The location is very good and the staff were friendly. It is kid friendly with a basketball court and nice outdoor seating area. This place would be much better if they have a better housekeeping.

If you think you are getting a clean room you better think again especially after we came into our room after it had been cleaned, the cleaning staff, Ronda, to be exact left the dirty nasty toilet brush and cleaner sitting on the kitchen table next to our food/snacks. Putting a toilet brush and cleaner on a table that’s meant to be ate on is disgusting. We went down to ask the front desk what they would do if that happened to them for them to be dumbfounded. She sent a different cleaning staff to clean our room again and the lady came and wiped the table off. So if you like to eat on other peoples feces this is the place to stay. After seeing that, I question Hilton cleaning standards. Is Hilton properly training in sanitation? The couch cushions and chair cushions are heavily stained and soiled. The wallpaper is falling off the walls. The beds aren’t the best but made do with what we had and the pillows are flat. The staff at front desk dealt with us but the cleaning staff, all of them need better customer service so rude and nasty.
