Welcome to Home2 Suites by Hilton Phoenix-Tempe University Research Park. Conveniently located off Loop 101, our extended-stay hotel is 3 minutes from Discovery Business Campus and ASU Research Park, and within 15 minutes of Chandler, Gilbert, and PHX Airport. Discover the Mill Avenue District in Tempe, or catch a spring training game while you’re here. We’re happy to offer free shuttle service within a 5-mile radius of the hotel.
All our suites have a comfy living area and a ‘Working Wall’ with ergonomic desk and plenty of storage spaces. Arrange the movable furniture to your liking, connect to free WiFi, and relax on the sofa watching the 47-inch HDTV. Suites also have a full kitchen with sink, dishwasher, microwave, full-size refrigerator/freezer, and plenty of cookware, plates and utensils.
Breakfast is on us, with your choice of oatmeal, hot sandwiches, yogurt and other favorites. Enjoy the Southwestern tapas-style menu at our Bar to Terrane Kitchen + Bar, open for lunch and dinner. Our hotel is connected to Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix/Tempe University Research Park, which also has a restaurant with all-day dining. Make the most of Arizona’s pleasant weather at our outdoor pool and whirlpool, relax by the crackling fire pits, or go for a run on the jogging path. Could hear the upstairs neighbors walking and banging all day and night and when I reached out I was told they would call me back about it and never got a call and that they would reach out about switching me rooms but never did. Elevators were down half the time and had to use the other side of the buildings or use stairs. Very messy hallways and trash was always over filled. Wouldn’t recommend.
