To start off with, unfortunately we didn’t have a choice on where to stay. We traveled for a soccer tournament and this was the only place listed left to book. Never in my life have I had to call down to the front desk/visit the front desk so much.
To start off the stay, our room smelt like it had just had the previous guest leave. It was a musky/dirty smell. The room, sheets and towels smelt like this.
Second complaint was the noise level. The walls were paper thin. I could hear every noise from outside to above us. The highway noise was crazy loud and the room above us, sounded like there were elephants walking at all hours of the night.
No housekeeper ever came by during our 4 night stay.
I’m very frustrated with our stay. I asked to make a room change, and of course that wasn’t an option because hotel was booked.
I attempted to call the general manager with no return of call yet.

I did not stay there.I went there for a meeting in their meeting room. The only drawback is that it's all automated with
You only being able to enter the place by a card or someone sees you standing helplessly, trying to get in.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay at Home2 by Hilton!
Our stay at Home2 by Hilton was great overall. We had a small issue with our bedding, and when we called down to request new sets, there was a bit of a mix-up with housekeeping not understanding what we needed. By 8 PM, we still didn’t have replacement bedding, so we went downstairs.
That’s when we met Kayla, and she absolutely turned the experience around. She greeted us warmly, answered every question we had, provided extra towels, and made sure our fresh bedding was sent up right away. Every interaction we had with her throughout our stay was wonderful—she truly went above and beyond.
On Sunday, we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and were welcomed by Barbara, who had an amazing attitude. She was friendly, attentive, and eager to help with anything we needed. If something wasn’t out yet, she made sure we had it.
Despite the initial hiccup, our stay ended up being fantastic. Thanks to the excellent customer service from both Kayla and Barbara, we can’t wait to book another room here when we come back to visit family or work the ASU game.
Highly recommend!
