I had to cut my stay short. Room was not being serviced on a daily, I called to request service daily and to let them know I ran out of shower gel. Front desk lady was nice and brought some up for me. Next day the room was "serviced" but they still did not refilled my shower gel. Following day same thing, no shower gel. I was there for work and came back late on Thursday night and again, same thing only this time I noticed housekeeping took my unopened snacks that were sitting on the desk/table. I was really hoping to eat my snack since I wasn't able to have dinner that day. I was really tired, did not want to go downstairs and complained. I just packed my things and left. When I got back home, I noticed I was missing some brand new pajamas as well. I had gone shopping for matching PJS for my family. The PJs and my snack were close by but, that day I did not noticed because I left all of them together and didn't realize one was missing. When I left the hotel, I just threw everything in my luggage I didn't think I had to count the Pjs I had purchased.
The only nice experience was the lady that checked me in, she was very nice and helpful.

Being a Hilton Diamond Lifetime member Ive stayed at my share of Hilton properties. This specific property exceeded my overly critical expectations. The entire from desk team and restaurant team provided myself and other guests with extraordinary excellent customer service. Words can’t describe my positive experiences here. Highly recommend and Thank You everyone. Really appreciate lil you do for us guests.

Hotel overall was welcoming and very clean. Staff were nice. My only gripe is with the new room design. I didn't give a 5th star because of the room design. It is now normal for the new Hilton garden inns. Master light switch in the entrance is odd. Barn door for the bathroom is not good at all for privacy. The elongated tv stand/desk makes the room feel small.

Terrible! We were redirected from the Homewood suites. Unfortunately, upon check-in the female was fairly unpleasant for the deposit, implying we didn’t have enough to put down.
The pool did not compare; and the facility didn’t have a playground. We were also placed in “hearing accessibility” room and told everything was sold out, although there was still available room online.
We also had breakfast and were redirected to a segregated area and was completely forgotten and the ONLY ONES in that area . We had almost left at this point because the lady served 5-6 tables before us and even gave us different glasses than everyone else and talked “slow” to us. Because we were of darker color? It really did feel like we were segregated.
We had then asked for late check-out, which we would have happily paid for, or at least been accommodating after staying 4 days. Unfortunately the lady quickly declined and stated they were sold out. At this point I was going to stay a 5th night and decided to go somewhere else due to the service and customer service: we felt terribly unwelcomed. Even just asking for towels.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! The guest above my room stomped all night. I asked to switch room and they told they are completed sold out. Couldn’t sleep all night. Front desk representative lady didn’t really care.
