We arrived in the morning, and since our room was already ready, they kindly let us check in early — which was very nice and convenient. The room is not very large, but the beds are very comfortable and clean. I really enjoyed the outdoor pool and the jacuzzi under the bright sunshine — it was great! The only small downside is that the shower is fixed to the wall. It would be even better if there were also a handheld shower, but the water pressure and temperature were excellent. Overall, it’s a pleasant, comfortable hotel, and I’ll be happy to stay here again when I come back to Tempe.

But what I will say is that I spoke to at least four different employees at this location and I had some questions and requests. EVERYONE SINGLE EMPLOYEE that I spoke with went above and beyond! They were friendly, positive, and helpful, from the front desk to the restaurant to housekeeping. I hope that the employees are recognized and rewarded for their excellent service!
