To start off when asked before arrival about the incidental fees I was quoted $50. Not a night just $50. Come to find out it is per night. That was a surprise. Upon arriving to my room it looked nice. When it was time to sleep the bed was very uncomfortable and everytime I moved the headboard knocked against the wall. Shower head was gross. The hot tub had issues. Bubbles up to your neck and was barely warm. Pool was suppose to be heated. It was not!! Wasn't impressed at all for the price!!!

This hotel has terrible service and serious facility issues.
When I arrived, there was a small mistake with my reservation. Instead of offering any help or even basic courtesy, the front desk staff immediately pushed the problem onto a “third-party booking” and told me to deal with it myself. While I was on the phone trying to resolve the issue, the staff stood nearby, showed zero willingness to help, and even laughed coldly, which was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
The room situation was just as bad.
• First room: the toilet made loud, intermittent flushing noises throughout the night, even when no one was using it. It was impossible to rest properly.
• Second room: the toilet was completely broken and would not flush at all. Maintenance came once, claimed it was fixed, but it still did not work afterward.
A basic, functioning toilet is the bare minimum for any hotel, and this place failed even that.
Between the rude staff, lack of assistance, mocking attitude, and unusable bathroom, this hotel clearly does not care about guest experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place unless you enjoy being ignored, disrespected, and dealing with broken facilities.
