Every employee I interacted with was attentive, kind, friendly, and helpful. Superb service all around that made my stay a complete joy.
Location is amazing, and the hotel is clean & modern. Vibey lobby with fireplace, and vibey rooftop with heated pool.
Make sure you take the bikes out - they’re the perfect way to explore Mill St, ASU, and Tempe town lake trail!

This hotel is beautiful! My husband and I were inlove with the room, it looked so new and we loved the interior design! Everything was clean and the staff are nice :) We were here for a staycation with friends, the pool at the rooftop is although a bit small, still a great place to hang out. Very nice views too! Would love to come back!

I'd give this hotel 5 stars because I genuinely enjoyed my stay, though there are a few areas for improvement.
Pros:
- Conveniently located in the heart of the college town, with many destinations within walking distance
- Hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating to our needs
- Rooms were spotless and the beds were very comfortable
- The brunch at the hotel restaurant is reasonably priced and surprisingly delicious
Areas for improvement:
Upon check-in, I was informed that my Hilton Gold status entitled me to a $15 credit per person per night. With two guests staying for two nights, I figured this would be $60 in total credit. We enjoyed a wonderful meal at the hotel restaurant and charged it to our room. However, at checkout, only $15 had been applied in total. I understand these policies vary between Hilton properties, but I'd suggest the management provide clearer, more accurate information about credit amounts at check-in to avoid confusion.

Just notes for parking: street parking is free from 10pm to 8am and during holidays so we just parked on the street basically for free during our two nights stay over Christmas. valet is $40 and we tried the other garages mentioned in the review. The brickyard garage as part of ASU does not allow overnight parking (confirmed w ASU parking administration but not sure if will get towed if you do park there). City Hall parking should work though it has a tiny sign said no overnight which is weird.

This hotel is in a great location near ASU and tons of restaurants and the entire staff is so friendly and kind. The reason for 4-stars is the rooms are not designed well and ours had some damages that I would have expected to be fixed before we checked in. The lighting is very dim - very hard to see at night. There is a barn door on the bathroom - if you’re sharing a room it doesn’t give much in terms of privacy. But if you’re not spending much time in the room the rooftop bar and location make up for all this. Would recommend and stay again!
