The egg sando was not good. I was served oj and coffee in visibly dirty glass. The coffee mug had old rotten egg smell. I couldnt believe the server set he dirty glass of oj down with confidence.

The team at TMC valet wrecked my car when they parked it. The kid was young and very overwhelmed as he took our car. We then got our car out of valet, it was parked outside the garage and I had to hunt for the gentleman down for my keys. He then left quickly and we then noticed a huge scratch on the passenger side of our car. We then put a clam in with the TMC valet team that manages the garage, and they are not going to pay for it. I have a 90k car and they think that I don’t know when there is a scratch on it. This is bull and I want everyone to know that they are a horrible company and if you see TMC valet DO NOT USE THEM. I am a diamond member at Hilton and they should be ashamed of this. I have stayed at Hilton for over 70 days this year and plan on more next year. I may be changing my membership to Marriott. You all need to fix my car and make this right. I

The sheets were not good. Bottom sheet was not fitted so it separated from the bed, the comforter did not have a cover only a single sheet on the top and bottom so that separated as well. We could not reduce the temperature on the thermostat it keep returning to 74 degrees feranhight. Probably cost savings but seemed cheap move for a nice hotel Also the ice makers on the floors did not work.

Parking is a nightmare. The elevators in the garage & half the elevators in the hotel don't work, while there's human & dog feces in the stairwells. Valet parking is the only option to get luggage in & out of your car without trudging up & down flights of stairs, but it's somehow $40/day 🙄. But once you get inside, the carpets in the hallway bunch up when luggage rolls on them, making it more difficult to get to your room than it ought to be. But at least the bags can roll around your room easily, since the rooms themselves don't have carpet. Unfortunately the rooms are dimly lit, with varying levels throughout, none of which are at normal brightness levels. On top of that, drinks are insultingly priced. Canned beer? $14. But hey, they have a pool. All around, it's hard to have a good first impression of the place, and the establishment struggles to catch up thereafter, regardless of the best efforts of the staff.
