  We've stayed here several times for medical travel. The hotel is clean and nice, and the surrounding area is quiet and feels safe. The staff is lovely and everyone goes out of their way to be kind. My only complaint is that the bed is too hard for me, but that is always true, and it's better than most! And they always come up with extra pillows upon request.

  Nothing free staying at this hotel. Bottles of water left by coffee maker for 5 bucks each! Then, the coffee maker is hard to get at and operate. Kcups. We didn't make one cup in the room

Non solo si è rifiutato di aiutarci, ma ci ha anche detto che eravamo "benvenuti all'Holiday Inn", un commento completamente inaccettabile e offensivo. Questo comportamento è poco professionale, discriminatorio e completamente contrario agli standard del marchio Hilton. È anche deludente che questo hotel non mostri alcun supporto o collaborazione con atleti di alto livello o squadre sportive agonistiche, soprattutto considerando che Surprise ospita eventi nazionali di tennis. Non consiglierei questo hotel a chiunque apprezzi il rispetto, la cortesia e la genuina ospitalità.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Terrible Experience at Hilton Garden Inn Surprise, AZ We came as a large group for the USTA Nationals, trusting Hilton’s reputation for quality and hospitality. When booking, we specifically requested a late check-out since matches often run late. We were told we could request it again at check-in. Last night we asked, and the staff told us to come back at 7am when housekeeping arrived. We did — and the front desk clerk, Caleb, was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful. Not only did he refuse to assist us, but he also said we were “welcome to stay at the Holiday Inn” — a completely unacceptable and offensive comment. This behavior is unprofessional, discriminatory, and completely against the Hilton brand standards. It’s also disappointing that this hotel shows no support or cooperation with high-performance athletes or competitive sports teams, especially given that Surprise hosts national tennis events.
