We had to come down and the more experienced lady checked us in, and she was nice. She also acknowledge my status and gave a free upgrade. They don’t have king rooms. On day 2 when I asked the front desk for water they said it’s only free at check-in please buy, which is not a big deal but weird since they had a big pack of water they were giving out. The hotel is old and can use reno, the carpets looked nasty.

But we were fortunate enough to see PAULA when we made it in and she turned a back experience into an awesome one! She is amazing at what she does and we had some Iowa ties as I went to school in Iowa and she’s from there. All in all great experience and we will be back!

The staff was very friendly, the property was spotless, and the beds were super comfortable. The next morning, we enjoyed a great variety of breakfast options before heading home — the pumpkin spice waffle batter was a fun and delicious surprise! We’d definitely stay here again in the future.

This location had a friendly and helpful front desk staff and, at the time of my stay, the hotel gave us some complimentary drinks and snacks. At a time when hotels and businesses in general are looking to extract extra out of you, it was a wonderful feeling to be given a little extra. Aside from that, the hotel was clean and comfortable. Thanks to the staff and management at this Hampton Inn.
