We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff was incredibly kind and quick to answer questions or needs. Not that you come to Sedona to watch TV, but the television in the room we stayed in was quite old and could not connect to the Internet for streaming. I definitely recommend staying here!

The hotel staff are very friendly, and overall I'm satisfied with my stay. My only complaint is that it's not a hotel-style room but a time share property. I could clearly hear neighbors talking on the other side of the house and people walking upstairs. Luckily, all my neighbor guests were quiet and nice people, but this could be a risk if you're a light sleeper like me and get easily disturbed.

The room was very large and clean. The bed was extremely big and comfortable. Overall, it was a truly great experience. The only downsides for me were the lack of hotel slippers and the pillows being a bit too thick for my preference. Other than that, everything was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

THIS IS NOT A RESORT. The rooms are like 1985. The only positive I can say is they keep the grounds very nice and clean and it’s close to town. The rest would remind you of an old and tired motel. The staff is worried about selling time shares for the vacation club. Please update your rooms.
