Great place, great rooms clean quiet and well thought out apartment design. You get pretty much an apartment for your suite. You recieve a washer dryer fully equipped kitchen, dining area living room, back patio with outside furniture, fireplace, big tub walk in shower will stay here everytime. The only thing i do not like about hilton is their blanket choice, i have no clue when 2 sheets between a duvet was an acceptable to blanket option very trashy very bunched up and uncomfortable to sleep with especially after it becomes untucked. HILTON CHOOSE BETTER BLANKETS. other than that fantastic experience!

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights starting on on Monday November 10th and checked out on the 12th for our anniversary and I have to say, the service was by far the most enjoyable. Jessica, Suzie, and everyone else I met that worked the front desk and activity center were very friendly and helpful. We had a miserable first day with our car engine that went down but thankfully we made it to the resort safely. Jessica is super sweet and extended our stay due to our situation and even allowed us to keep the car at the front desk parking lot til we got it safely towed back to Phoenix. Thank you for the wonderful room we had and very accommodating service. We are definitely coming back.

Rooms and grounds are pretty dated but I made the best of it as I was only staying for 2 nights. The refrigerator/freezer made noise all day and night. In a great location which is about 5 minutes from downtown Sedona, but the WiFi and phone data did not work well. No elevators if you are on a second floor. Multiple pools scattered around the property but they are all small. Walls are thin as I could hear what the neighbors upstairs were doing. Beware the keys no longer work the morning you are supposed to checkout.

We spent one night as a Hilton promotion. We arrived at 3:30/4pm and checked in. The check in was not warm as we usually receive especially being on a promo offer by our phoenix accommodations.
The closet door was broken and the light in that bathroom was out, we didn’t have any cleaning supplies for the kitchen. We received only 2 dish soap and nothing to clean with like a sponge or dishwasher tabs.
We waited 90 minutes for maintenance and left to our dinner reservations. Still no maintenance. When we returned we called and still no maintenance. We never got anything fixed. The TV reception didn’t work well, but you are in the middle of the desert so it’s not uncommon.
As Hilton Gold members, this was a very underwhelming experience and didn’t leave us wanting to return for the timeshare. Though we love Hilton, this one is marked off.
*For melanated people, they aren’t use to Black folks out there. Not rude just not welcoming.

We recently stayed at the Hilton Vacation Club Sedona Summit and were impressed by the incredible friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Ashley and Nelson stood out for their professionalism and warm hospitality, and it’s clear they’re part of a great team led by Kristine, who goes the extra mile to make every guest feel welcomed and valued.
This resort is conveniently located—close enough to enjoy all the sights, sounds, and wonders of Sedona—yet peaceful enough to feel like a destination on its own. As longtime Hilton Grand Vacation Club owners, we chose this property because of that ideal balance.
That said, we were a bit disappointed with our particular accommodations. While the room was pleasant, there were some issues that we trust will be addressed under Kristine’s leadership. With her attention to detail and commitment to improvement, we believe this resort has the potential to become a solid five-star destination. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
A few practical notes for future guests:
- The **Sunset (Mesa) rooms** are the premium units here—if available, request one before check-in for the best experience.
- **Cell service and Wi-Fi** can be spotty in this area, though the team is working on improvements.
- **There are no elevators**, so if you have mobility concerns, be sure to request a **first-floor room** when making your reservation.
While we didn’t use them ourselves, the resort does feature a **beautiful pool area, fitness center, and a fun activities area** for kids (and adults) of all ages.
Despite the hiccups, the staff’s genuine care and responsiveness made a lasting impression. With continued upgrades, this Hilton Vacation Club location will no doubt shine as bright as Sedona’s sunsets.
