This is a nice place, the accommodations are very nice and staff are friendly providing information about the area.
It's close to dining, shopping and within easy distance of many popular attractions.
One of the cons is there is no garbage can in the room/condo and no alarm clock like you'd have anywhere else. Unfortunately I visited during a cold snap and didn't get to enjoy the pool.

Probably one of the worst Hilton's I've stayed in. The bed was awful. The mattress was thin, it shook every time one of us so much as breathed, and the aircon was incredibly noisy. We had to wear earplugs to sleep. The sofa was uncomfortable and not great for sitting on.
On the positive side, the room was clean, the bathroom large and the shower had plenty of hot water.
The location was ok ish - it was an easy drive in to the trailheads if you want to hike early. But, it's a nightmare getting into town after about 10am with the traffic. So I'd only stay here if you want to do activities early and not do much at night.
There is no restaurant on site and food delivery is not reliable. The room didn't have a kitchen so we had to either drive out to pick up takeaway (uber is very scarce), you needed to eat in the oak creek area as traffic was so bad in town, or you had to sit in traffic for a very long time (20+ mins extra on the drive).
Stay somewhere closer into the town if you want to go out for dinner etc so you can walk.

Rooms are roomy, comfortable, and clean. We weren't close to pools or hot tubs but that doesn't matter to us. They do a midweek cleaning which is nice. There is a washer and dryer in the one bedroom lockout unit If they would just lighten up on the sales pitch it would be even better.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Vacation Club Ridge on Sedona. The units are setup more like vacation rentals than hotel rooms. Our unit was a very spacious 1BR that had recently been updated. It had brand new furniture, appliances and carpet. The unit itself was very clean and we loved the full kitchen that had everything we needed to cook breakfast every morning. The location was very also convenient to restaurants, shopping and hiking. We especially loved the pools and hot tubs that were located throughout the property. It was so nice to soak under the stars in one of the many hot tubs after a long day hiking. It was a really great stay and we look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Sedona.

We stayed at this hotel June for a short weekend. The hotel itself is nice, has a full kitchen with a large living room and bathroom. It’s like a decent size apartment. My only complaint was the carpets. They were so dirty you couldn’t even walk in your socks without them turning black instantly. Unfortunately we have a toddler who wanted to drag herself all over the dirty floor. Although the location was good and the hotel was nice I wouldn’t go back due to the lack of cleanliness. Maybe it’s time they invest in new carpets or deep carpet cleanings regularly.
