This stay was very clean and had spacious rooms. The multiple hot tubs and heated pool were awesome after a day of hiking. Easy location to get to as well.

The layout of the rooms was spacious and setup well. The bedroom was large and comfortable. The room was wonderful for us to hang-out, relax and play games. The kitchen setting worked great for our meal prep.
There was no wi-fi. It was listed with wi-fi service, with a login available, but we had NO service in our room. We even stood under the router, nothing. No smart tv, nothing digital for streaming or internet login or accounts for viewing.
Very poor water pressure - LONG time in the shower to get the soap off and shampoo out hair.
The bathroom sinks need a different type of back - behind and around the faucet. It is lower at the back of the vanity - water collects and pools and does not stay dry or drained.
We also feel horribly for the cleaning staff. We watched two separate women who had to Drag their carts up the multiple flights of stairs. Heavy, awkward, dangerous - could you PLEASE invest in a cart with a convertible trak system for them to easily maneuver the heavy weight of their carts. A rotating track, stair climbing combo would bless their lives.

The room was great. The main downside was their wifi. Sedona has spotty service but it was impossible to connect to their wifi using my phone without some existing service to go to their sign in website. It would also kick me off the wifi randomly once I’d managed to log in. Super frustrating.

Location is great , rooms are like small apartments. I gave it three stars because they offer no breakfast with stay, no check in via hilton app. You have to go to lobby give your license ,credit card etc etc then you are hit by the staff trying to sell free stuff if you take 90mins to listen to their timeshare speech. We just want to get to our room after traveling not get asked 10 times why we dont want to get 200 bucks or a future vacation etc..
