Things we didn’t know we wished we had: 1. It’s a time share resort. You’ll get hit with a push to attend a time share sales meeting which we declined. Resist. 2. They will charge you a mandatory “resort fee” of around $35 per night. It’s sort of like being charged an additional fee at a hotel to use their elevator. They wouldn’t knock off the fee even though we are Hilton Honor members - said we had to be upper level members whatever that means. Room was outdated but adequate for our needs. The couch was a twin to our son’s couch in his college fraternity - very uncomfortable and old. We mainly sat on our bed. No television service so we read books. Kitchenette was sparsely but adequately furnished. Clean. Very quiet accommodations. Within walking distance of restaurants and shopping.

We stayed in a newly renovated one-bedroom. There were many flaws in the design. The furniture and bed were uncomfortable. The living area had little natural lighting and it felt like a cave. There was absolutely no view. The ground flour we requested required one flight and one down to reach our room. The sink was tiny and deep and you bumped your head when you leaned in to wash a dish. There was no lighting over the sink and stove and you had to take the coffee pot off the counter to fill it because the upper shelves were too low. When you turned the TV on in the living room, it went off in the bedroom. The location is beautiful but this and many units have no view.

Great location! I loved that I could walk to so many great spots. Restaurants nearby were all amazing. The Sedona shuttle came and brought me to several hiking places Thursday-Sunday from the hotel. Room was spacious, clean & adorable with vaulted ceilings, dining spot etc. Service was impeccable.

Only stayed 1 night, will definitely return again with more time! Great location, walking distance to Sedona. Immaculately kept resprt grounds, although the lobby was under remodel and our room was a bit underwhelming with no real decor... But overall it was very clean and comfortable bed!

Bed bugs. To our horror we discovered bed bugs in the bed that my daughter slept in. We informed the front desk and they were extremely dismissive and at first said "oh I'm sure it was just some other kind of bug, we have other bugs here." I told him, um, NO this was certainly bed bugs. I took a picture and showed him. To which he very dryly replied that he would have housekeeping look into it. Then "have a nice day." That was it. No, oh my goodness, we are so sorry, that's awful, we will absolutely take care of this. Instead, I felt like he was just annoyed that we were there, but we were just trying to do the right thing so they would know. I am so disappointed with how we were treated and honestly traumatized because of the cleaning we had to do to prevent bringing this home. We couldn't bring any of our luggage back home and had to get everything washed, dried on high heat and steamed. The process was exhausting and so frustrating because it took days and the fact that they seemed completely unapologetic and unphased by this news makes me think this isn't an uncommon report for them or something. This place is pretty, the grounds are really gorgeous and it is basically connected to Tlaquepaque, which is a great place to explore and shop. However, I can't imagine it being worth the exposure to bed bugs. If we had known, we would have chosen another place to stay.
