In a good location near a cute shopping and restaurant area, but the hotel is a little tired. It seems like they are going through upgrades, our room had a new couch, but cracked tile floors, tired furniture etc. I'd give the room a B, the pool, activity room , and gym are better. I'd recommend getting a second story room, we heard the people above us all the time. The Spoke and Wheel was expensive but had nice staff and good food.

Like the reviews stated, it is dated and will be remodeled sometime this year. The location is the bomb. You can walk to shops and restaurants that are close by. The rooms are spacious and have a kitchen. The only downside is you have to take out your trash, take care of your towels and fix your own bed. The location was perfect.

I never leave reviews, unless things blow my mind positively, but my experience here was shocking.
It has a beautiful outdoor area and alright amenities, but when my husband and I arrived to our room, there was blood on our sheets and towels. The toilet was broken and made an odd noise all night. They changed our room as a result, but we'd had to sleep on the couch for two nights to avoid these things.
Worst of all, as we were leaving, we'd come back to the room after swimming, and as i was hardly dressed the manager of the resort came in. I was shocked, my husband was still naked. There had been a miscommunication (for context; they compensated us an extra day for the previous issues) and we were there a bit past our leave time. I asked the manager if he could step out for a minute because my husband was naked and all of the clothes were packed in the living room (where he had stepped in), and he got aggressive and insisted he wouldn't. It was a very shocking incident. I asked one more time very politely and he refused to leave the room with the security guard he also brought in. He later on walked deeper into the room and saw my husband naked, where they held a heated conversation, WHILE my husband was naked. He looked at his genitalia. Overall, an incredibly uncomfortable and odd experience. Not worth the outside amenities.
They also kept our $200 deposit and charged an additional $500 for an animal fee (we had a service dog; this is illegal) and a supposed smoking fee. Absolutely nothing was smoked in any non smoking areas on our behalf.

HUGE problem with landscaping noise. So far every day I’ve been here, all day long I have to listen to landscapers playing with their obnoxious windup toys (blowers, weed eaters and electric mowers). I watch them cut things up, blow them around and leave them in piles for a few days before the wind rearranges everything and they come back and do the same things again without ever doing any real landscaping. I guess as long as they make it look like they’re doing something they can get paid, right? But it’s a serious problem for the guests who are looking for a little bit of peace and quiet.
Hilton, if you’re actually listening to your guests and their concerns, take care of your excessive noise issues with your landscapers. Please and thank you.

Before I start, I’d like to point out that I’m not some pretentious snob, but rather a blue collar guy that’s worked hard for the money that I have and have spent with Hilton Grand Vacations Club.
As HGVC owners, we were checked in at the wrong desk. So we didn’t get all of the local information one would normally get.
As for as the facility, the room is in disrepair and wasn’t cleaned to Hilton’s usual standard. There was what I assumed was mascara all over the vanity. The shower curtain is barely attached to the wall. I expect it to fall out during our stay. The phone had to be replaced because it didn’t work. The furniture is sorely outdated and in need or replacement. The room is too warm, and you can’t run the a/c below 68, and the window only opens about 4 inches. I could go on, but I think you’ve gotten the point.
