First thing I’m greeted with is a STRONG musty smell in my room. They’re booked, so no other rooms available. For the price, I expected a decent place to stay, but we got a vintage Motel 8. Terrible rooms.

Rooms are okay. Everything is clean but some things like carpet and toilet seat had like ground in dirt giving the appearance of not being clean. Plus bird droppings are on outdoor furniture and grounds. Pool area is great. Staff was super nice and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was good and convenient too. Outdoor music and activities for guests was super fun!

Perfect place after a lot of research. AI comparisons and decide to stay at the Arabella. The perfect place. I would def come back as everything was 5 star for a 3 star hotel. Pool area was nice. Must Go to Molé (nextdoor) and get the Crab Guac and chips. Hotel Price, Service and cleanliness was top notch. Expedia handled everything. great deals thru Expedia. Check in was easy and professional. Never had an issue after that. Don't overlook this gem. The Pics attached are just surrounding the Hotel.

My husband and I had been staying at Arabella everytime we visited Sedona. Sadly, we’re beyond disappointed this time with their room quality and front desk service.
In September 2025, we received their emailed promotion and booked our stay for end of October. When we arrived, they gave us a room on the second floor. Since Arabella hotel has no elevator, and my husband and I wouldn’t want to haul our heavy luggages up and down the stairs, we asked to be switched to the first floor. Front desk staff told us the room was not ready but would call us when once it’s done. We went around town until 5 o’clock, but no one called us. We came back to ask about the room, the receptionist had absolutely no clues, and just a simple “sorry “. Starting at around 8PM of the first evening, there were nonstop and loud thumping noises from the floor above throughout the night. I swear to God, it sounded like an elephant was walking back and forth until the morning. The wall was so thin that we could clearly hear the TV from the room to the left of ours to midnight. At the same time, there was loud creaking noises came from the room to the right of ours to about midnight. If you think it couldn’t get any worse, you’re wrong! The toilet in our room broke, and it flushed every 15 minutes through the night. The next morning, my husband asked to be switched to a different room, the two female receptionists on duty on 10/29/2025 at 7AM told us that because we got the room at the discount rate through the promotion, there’s no room that type left. Lesson learned, the Arabella room promotion is for bad rooms! The two women receptionists told us that they would have maintenance come and fix the toilet that day, and the best that they could do. Well, not one bit surprised. No one came to fix the toilet, and we found out at 9 o’clock at night. The second night was repeated of the first and with more disappointment and frustration.
We’re unsure if would come back or recommend Arabella to anyone.
