Recently stayed at the Arabella. Overall, a great hotel that served our needs well. While the property feels a bit dated and the room was somewhat dark, it was still comfortable. I was not a fan of the sink being separate from the bathroom, but that is a personal preference. Breakfast was solid and there were several daily events available. The concierge team was helpful and friendly throughout our stay

Just spent 4 nights from NYE to the Sunday 4th, seriously very well thought out well run perfectly appointed yet casual place. Dogs everywhere which we love but didn’t hear a sound at night, lower courtyard facing room w 3 sets of adirondacks w fire pits that were lit by calling number on pit lid, these were all over the place even the lookout which we loved. We’re in Sedona to ride MTB and needed the pool and hot tubs to revitalize for consecutive days riding, pool heated nicely and large hot tub was the best, talked to many nice guests from Chicago San Diego Wyoming and a few locals! Mole restaurant was nice addition but $$ hostess found us bar seating so call for reservations we got lucky. Rooms have dry racks in bathroom area 👍🏼beds were very comfy, fridge dial was missing and on low used a bike tool to turn up, water pressure and hot water was good. Very friendly staff grounds felt like more a resort than hotel, you can tell it’s older but well cared for. Breakfast was good yogurt w fruit diy waffles scrambled eggs and potatoes and usually a protein sausage or turkey, strong, mild or decaf coffee w liquid creamers 3 types of juices and muffins early bird has less wait after 9am gets crowded. Had Happy hours next to restaurant 3.50 beers done by hotel and caught a great cover band one night and hostess there is very nice. Oh and Bike cleaning station w tools next fenced dog park w another set of Adirondacks w fire pit and Cornhole game just outside it. We called front desk twice and concerns were met within minutes. I hate leaving this great review because price rocked and now everyone will know the pool is 9ft deep because Elvis wanted a springboard! Thanks Todd W

Do not book!! We stayed here for 1 night between our Airbnb reservations. Pros: Clean pool Comfortable beds Close to town, can walk Cons: Dirty rooms EV charger doesn’t work Breakfast was not clean and gross Angry frustrated staff Very loud rooms, we couldn’t sleep No amenities in rooms- not even water! Fridge was warm and not working I have stayed in many hotels around the world and would not recommend staying here. Sedona has many nice places to stay and this is not one of them.

Great location, but the rooms are dated and could use some updates to better justify the $400+ nightly rate on some weekends. Still happy with the overall experience and couldn’t give fewer than 4 stars. We paid extra for a premium courtyard view, but our room mostly overlooked a retaining wall with shrubs. It didn’t feel premium for the $50+ upcharge, although it appeared that some rooms do have genuinely better views. The hotel offers complimentary bikes, yoga/meditation sessions, and music or movie nights listed on the event calendar, which is a nice touch—especially for guests staying multiple nights. The shower water pressure is excellent. Breakfast is very good. I’d stay here again if I’m in town for multiple nights in a regular week when the nightly rates are not steep.

Our stay at the Arabella Hotel in Sedona was truly wonderful from start to finish. The service stood out immediately, every staff member we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and clearly dedicated to making guests feel welcome. Their breakfast was another highlight: fresh, delicious, and full of healthy options that made starting the day feel easy and energizing. A special shout‑out goes to Jackie at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, offering thoughtful guidance on what to do in Sedona and tailoring her suggestions to what we were looking for. Her warmth and expertise made planning our days so much easier. We were also grateful to be allowed an early check‑in after a long flight. That small act of kindness made a huge difference and set the tone for the rest of our stay. One of the things that makes Arabella especially family‑friendly is the variety of daily activities they offer. There’s always something happening—fun options for kids, relaxing moments for adults, and opportunities for families to spend time together. The proximity to all touristy places is another excellent factor. Overall, Arabella Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. With great service, thoughtful amenities, and hardworking employees who truly care, it’s a place we’ll happily return to.
