I do think they need to lower their prices especially for Hilton Members and when your over crowded like that and I'm just forced to take whatever room u got should of had a deal, but what can u say these days everyone is in to ripping people off so what's new just roll with the punches!

This properly is pristine in every facet, from housekeeping to the incredible delicious breakfast, the front desk staff, and including the rest of the hotel staff. This Hampton Inn Queen Creek AZ is the example of perfection.. Hampton Inn corporate should learn from this Hampton Inn Queen Creek about hospitality and cleanliness. - LMlilly MOct 8, 20251.0My elderly mother was handed a plunger in a plastic bag to plunge the toilet OURSELVES, the bathroom doors just slide so my finger got caught and they have no locks?, we also had to call for a tv remote which we were then argued with and accused of lying about not having a remote in the room and it took over an hour to get assistance, my door was knocked on in the middle of the night multiple times, you could hear running and screaming all through the night with nothing done by management. After we brought this up to management the next day they did apologize and agreed to comp the first night in addition to a deposit of reward points to make this unacceptable experience right but I have yet to receive my full compensation after patiently waiting well over a month. I was assured the manager would call but I have yet to hear back and after replying back to a feedback request email from Hilton I’ve still gotten no response? The staff at the front desk and kitchen were great but management has not been honest and is true reflection of Hiltons lack of customer service, integrity, and professionalism.
