I was upgraded to a balcony room and it was great! Large room size with a lot of windows and a great view. It was really comfy bed and I slept 8-9 hours straight.

The room was great, and the surrounding trees made it beautiful. However, the noise wasn’t blocked well—I could hear banging, shouting (not sure from where), and people talking. The bed was disappointing: a very cheap mattress, and the pillow was so light it felt like nothing was supporting my neck. It was also hard to find water; bottled water costs $4.50. On the positive side, the staff were wonderful and friendly, the location is good, and the hot tub is nice and cozy. Overall, it was okay, but I won’t come back because the cheap bed gave me a bad night’s sleep.

Stayed here October 23–24 and had a great experience! The hotel was super clean and comfortable. Charlize and Theodore were both awesome — really friendly and helpful the whole time. The Triple Creek Kitchen inside the hotel was also a nice surprise — great food and convenient after a long day. I’ll be back next time I’m in Prescott!

I arrived in the evening and went to bed. The following morning after breakfast I let the hotel, came back about 1,30 pm. The room wasn’t empty made. They told me they clean every other day, and that’s the day I was going to work in my room the rest of the day. It ruined my stay, I had to stand a room and bathroom without service. But I was charged thee same amount for each day. The hotel is not cheap and still the cut in service, but same charge. Oh, no bottle of water either, you go out and buy it or tap water. Very expensive and disappointing.
