I stay at this hotel a few times a month and generally speaking the staff is great. After a very long drive I stopped in like normal and I’ve never been treated so bad badly at a hotel. I stay at a lot through the country so that’s saying something. I’ve never seen this particular gentleman through my last few years of coming here and I hope to never see him again.

I travel to Parker once or twice a year for work. The Hampton Inn is definitely my preferred place to stay in town. The rooms are always clean, and comfortable, and the staff is very helpful. As I commonly travel on my own, it's nice to stay in a property where I feel safe and can relax.

The staff at this facility is excellent. They are kind, attentive, and knowledgeable about the surrounding areas. They provide continuous support to local public safety personnel and maintain a high quality of cleanliness. The rooms are good and the fitness center is sufficient.

Started out great, we had to stay for two weeks due to traveling for work, rooms were clean and kids loved the pool. On the last day of our stay however, we had someone complain about my baby crying (as babies do) and front desk woman was talking all about me and my kids in a negative way while we were sitting in the breakfast area. Denied talking about us until it was repeated back to her. Later the same night, I was taking my kids out to the pool to let out some energy and when I got towels was told that my kids needed to be quiet because they were “slamming around” mind you we had only been back for about an hour and none of that had occurred. Hotel is NOT good for families what so ever and I was literally told by the lady at the desk that it’s “good for kids on the weekends but not for the weekdays, because they have lots of construction workers. But we’re paying to stay here and HAVE to use a hotel. Will never book with Hampton ever again. I will say however the cleaning ladies are fabulous and very friendly. And a few of the other workers
