  Here’s a polished paraphrase: I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and both nights the shower water was completely cold. I contacted management after the first night, and they told me the hotel was over capacity and that the waterpark next door might be affecting the hot water. The second night, the shower was cold again. When I reached out to management a second time, they couldn’t explain why it wasn’t fixed, but one of the managers eventually agreed to refund me for both nights. That refund still hasn’t been issued. I’ve called the property several times since. A woman at the front desk said she would connect me with a manager named Bradford, but she hung up on me twice. I will never stay at this location again.

  The location was perfect! The staff was wonderful! Shout out especially to Patrick at the front desk! Super helpful and friendly! Would stay here again!

  Let me start by saying the service was fantastic. The staff was very caring and accommodating. They gave us a late checkout even though they were at max capacity and kept our luggage safe so we could kill time before catching our flight hours after checkout. I had to give the room 3 stars because it was crawling with ants. We flew in for only one night for my daughter’s baby shower. It was a long travel day. We checked in and had about an hour to get ready and leave so we didn’t notice any issues. When we got back late, there were ants all over the floor, on the nightstand, and even a few in my bed. I knew they were at full capacity and I was so tired, so I didn’t bother saying anything. So I know I didn’t give them the opportunity to make things better. I’m sure they would have been as helpful as possible. I brushed them off the bed, tried to make sure there was nothing they could crawl on to get up there and did my best to sleep. But it was not restful knowing the state of the room for me or my very pregnant daughter. Even though the staff was wonderful, I probably wouldn’t go back for this reason. I did let the staff know at checkout so they could fix the problem for the future.

  So .. where do I begin?Returned from the rodeo in queen creek.. arrived to a four squad car, police presence, went to the front desk, asked if it was safe to enter… Clerk at the time responded “oh I am receiving numerous prank calls from one of the rooms so I called the police “needless to say how do you not know what room in a modern day voice over IP phone system? Was assured that it was safe, proceeded to our room on the second floor only to run up into a six officer, police presence and a domestic violence call ( really feel for our law enforcement people) three doors down from our room.!!, this was the beginning of the Odyssey!! Quickly went inside shut and security locked the door and thought OK turn the TV up. Take showers. Try to relax after a long day right!!? No, there’s no hot water!! the next day brought all these issues to the attention of the on duty clerk at the time“sweet girl tried as hard as she could to make it right for us “so we waited until 2 pm when the on - site was supposed to arrive.. sweet girl at the desk could not authorize a dispensation or discount on our room …because we were also considering staying another night because the rodeo was running another day and our friends who we went to see their animals compete. We’re doing well in the competition, ..desk clerk proceeded to call her regional manager, a person named Ariana. Ariana proceeded to tell her to.charge us a late check out fee!! and no compensation for the previous nights discomfort .. we were told to wait a little longer for on - site mgr .. enter Bradford !! he proceeded to be amazing!!! fabulous individual customer orientated made sure that we were happy with how we were taking care of, I could not say more pleasant things about him!! To summarize.. a lot of unfortunate circumstances involved but to add insult to injury very poor communication and poor compensation for inconvenience . Until Bradford
