- NNnan NorysDec 23, 20251.0This room is disgusting and bare! The bathroom is small with no counter space, No where to put clothing with very few hangers, no coffee pot in the room, no table just a desk, no dresser...WE ARE HERE FOR 7 DAYS! AND IT IS AWFUL!
- JPJess PeckDec 11, 20255.0Booked this hotel last minute because of the great reviews and did not disappoint. Rooms were updated and super clean, tons of space and comfy beds. The staff were so unbelievably nice I ended up chatting with the manager and some employees while waiting for my room to be ready and truly enjoyed how kind and friendly they were. They made sure I had everything I needed. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! Easy parking, close to Mesa Gateway airport, nice lobby area with coffee and tea 24/7. Also my view was so gorgeous!

The gentleman who does the shuttle van is such a plus for this hotel. He greeted me in the dining room where he was helping to set out the morning’s offering. He was the perfect employee to interact with guests at 6 am, or anytime. Whatever he’s paid, it’s not enough:)

I contacted management after the first night, and they told me the hotel was over capacity and that the waterpark next door might be affecting the hot water. The second night, the shower was cold again. When I reached out to management a second time, they couldn’t explain why it wasn’t fixed, but one of the managers eventually agreed to refund me for both nights. That refund still hasn’t been issued. I’ve called the property several times since. A woman at the front desk said she would connect me with a manager named Bradford, but she hung up on me twice. I will never stay at this location again.
