The app for parking is hard to use and we've run into it at other locations and they don't refund you for double charges. Beds were not very comfortable. Staff did a great job and was very nice.

Service was good other than the night desk person. Breakfast was better than most. But charging for parking is egregious. No one goes there without a car and the lot was big and the hotel is out in the outskirts of the valley, not some urban hotspot. Not including it in the room rate is poor form by Hilton.

Third party managed parking, mandatory $15 per night plus tax and service fees. In a suburban area with lots of spaces, to me this is shady business and hidden fee.
