If I am going to be charged for self parking, I'd rather pay the hotel on my room charge bill. I've stayed at lots of hotels in the SW states and never experienced this in such a suburban area as well. I expect to pay in busy areas but there isn't much around this hotel yet.

Its a dishonest and disrespectful way to charge you more using deceptive practices to cover up the actual cost of the stay. Plenty of other places to stay and i won’t stay here in the future.

Everyone who works here that I have interacted with is extremely helpful, courteous, professional and friendly. Front desk staff is super helpful and goes the extra mile to deliver excellent customer service. And this isn't just one person at the front desk. They all are fantastic! It's just a wonderful atmosphere at this hotel! The housekeeping comes daily, asks if you need refreshing the room, if you aren't in they do it anyway. Parking and laundry is paid, unless your company is paying. Just download a couple of QR codes and you're set. First load of laundry to be washed is free. Free wifi. Pet friendly, with a large area for walking your pup. I highly recommend this place. Close to shopping, dining, hiking, and adjacent cities.
