After completing the check in process and paying for the room we were informed that there was a fee to park in the city owned parking garage. The desk clerk told us that it was the cheapest parking fee in the downtown Chandler area. As a long time resident of Chandler and a frequent visitor to the downtown area I can confidently say that was a lie having not one time biennial charged for parking. The room was clean but the floor in the hallway leading to the room was covered in plastic and had a strong chemical smell with a sheet of plywood separating the space. They claimed all of this was disclosed during the booking process but I did not notice any mention of the condition of the property or the parking fee before booking. Iโ€™d look elsewhere.

This is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Not just the worst Hilton, but the worst hotel, period. I stayed for 4 nights during Christmas and this is what happened. - First Night: -- The EV charger was not working. The hotel stated that they have EV charge on-site and this is the only reason why we picked this hotel over the closer ones. The lady at the desk said the EV charger often doesn't work and EV charger is not her responsibility as it's managed by another company. -- Checked-in and as a Hilton Gold Member, I received $30 daily food and beverage credit ($15 per guest for two guests). At check-out, I only received $15 daily credit and not $30, so used the chat option on the app to talk to the hotel, but never received a response from the hotel in app. I had to talk to them to get the credit adjusted. -- Went to the room, there was no toilet paper in the room, none. - Second Night, came back and the room was not cleaned. The facial tissues ran out the first night, and didn't received replacement. I talked to the lady at the desk, she said she'll put in a request for the room to be cleaned the next day. Also, she will bring new facial tissues to the room for us, which never happened. - Third Night: I saw the cleaning lady in the morning and asked her to clean our room, she said okay. Got back at night around midnight (Christmas Eve), the room was again NOT cleaned. The guy at the desk said there is nothing he can do and offered us to towels. Then he finally, looked up another room and moved us. The room is right next door, but we had to move everything to the new room, this is after midnight. I asked him to get the manager, but there were no managers available. The guy said he'll have the manager contact me to apologize first thing in the morning. - Two additional nights in the new room and then checked out. However, I did not receive any apology or calls from the manager.

After reading the reviews I feel less crazy! My family had to switch rooms 3 times due to maintenance issues. They didnโ€™t get their room cleaned - extremely irritated front desk staff. JEFF ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ handled our visit with so much kindness and he is wonderful. Room service / getting food from the restaurant in the hotel is wildly expensive! If you need extra cups or a blanket the front desk tells you to come and get it ( not a big deal for me personally, however for some people it isโ€ฆ when I asked for throwable plates and forks the ladies looked at me like I was absolutely crazy & said some things behind my back as I was leaving. Iโ€™ve worked in the hotel industry- I understand how guests can be / not having enough staff to help etc. instead of being unpleasant- they should simply inform us that they are busy - if we could wait or come down and get what we needed etc. again JEFF!!! He has been extremely helpful, kind, and professional. The bed and pillows are very comfortable! Very beautiful hotel and location.

Rooms are dated and in disrepair (mold visible in corners of bathroom walls; no microwave); housekeeping could be better (very few towels; no top sheet on the bed); and location is a head-scratcher (next to a noisy 24-hr/day industrial operation), but staff and their poor attitudes are the real standout. Twice I have stayed here and twice I've had issues reserving a specific room ahead of time on the Hilton app. Twice they haven't offered to do anything to make it right. Twice I've been met with attitude for voicing frustration at the disconnect between the reservation system and the front desk. The app sets expectations and the front desk does nothing to fulfill them, nothing. This is my 48th night in a Hilton property this year and it was easily one of the worst. Marriott is looking like the brand to focus my hard-earned dollars on in 2026.

I checked in December 2nd and checked out December 4th. They allowed me to check in 3 hours early which was nice. I asked if the room came with an iron and an ironing board and they told me yes. After unpacking I did notice the ironing board was missing. No big deal...I went to lunch and on my way out I told the front desk. 8y the time I returned there was a brand new/shrink wrapped ironing board. I used the bathroom when I got back and noticed the toilet paper roll was empty and there were no extra rolls in the room. I went to the front desk and asked for toilet paper and they said they'd have to bring some up because they didn't have any down there. I waited for an hour and nobody came up. I used the room phone to reach the front desk and there was no answer so I called the national line and asked for the Phoenix location I was staying at. The call was promptly answered and I told the person I needed toilet paper. They said they'd bring some right up. An hour and a half after that I got a knock at the door and housekeeping brought be two rolls. One to use and one to stock. Perfect, I had what I needed. 2 1/2 hours later but I got what I needed. I was ready to go to the lobby restroom to steal the roll from there. At 9:30 that same night I wanted to order room service. Again nobody answered but the voicemail said that if I called during hours of operation I should leave a message. I left a message with my room number and order, asked them to call me back. I got no room service and no return call. This location needs at least 1 more evening person and more housekeeping staff for turning over the rooms. *Breakfast buffet was amazing. I've never had hotel bacon this good.
