I had one of the most horrible experiences I’ve ever had at Hilton Hotel. I visited this hotel on November 3 through November 6 for a company trip. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was told that the room I was booked for was unavailable and I would have to wait for it when I told the front office supervisor JAYLEI, That I was unable to wait because I had to get showered and dressed for my company event. I was told that I can get a queen size room. Because I have been booked for a king size room, I asked if I could get the room that I was booked for the following day. Jaylee told me she was not sure and that I will have to check in because the hotel was full. I responded that part of the reason the hotel is full is because of the event that my company booked months in advance. She then told me that their housekeeping staff was short, And that I could check in with her supervisor, RENATO, the following day. I went upstairs to The room I have been assigned and began to look around. I noticed that the room was not clean. It had no towels, there was something left in the toilet, and the bathtub was not clean. As I was in the bathroom looking around, I heard the key Click and the door attempted to open. Luckily I had bolted the latch. When I asked who was trying to answer the room, I was told it was housekeeping. The man who Attempted to enter the room ask why I was in there. I told him that I have been assigned this room and let myself make one with the key. He then told me that he was not sure why I was assigned that room because it was not ready. I packed up my things and went back downstairs to the front desk to speak to Jaylee. She apologize, saying she was not sure why that room was in the system is ready when it clearly was not, and she assigned me to a new room, which was the king size room that I was originally supposed to be in. I made it to that room, look around and took a shower. As I was getting out of the shower, I grabbed a secondary towel, only to notice that there was something on it. Upon further inspection, I determined that it was blood. I got dressed and took the towel downstairs to the front desk. I spoke with JAYLEI about it. She was incredibly apologetic and said that I could speak with her manager Renato, but that he would not be back until Wednesday, November 5 because he had taken the day off. On Wednesday, November 5 I went to the front desk to talk to Renato. Renato was in the back office, and another front desk person said that he would get him for me. I waited about 25 minutes for Renato to come out and see me. He never did. The person at the front desk then told me that he would take my phone number and that Renato would call me that evening because he would be off on Thursday. Renato never callled. The following day, as I was checking out, I complained that Renato never called. I was assured by some other head of something that he would send an email to have Renato call me. I asked for the contact information for the general manager and was given the business card of Jaylynn Haveman. When I returned home, I called and left a message for Jaylynn. You guessed it! No call from Renato or Jaylynn as of today. As a Hilton Honors Member, I have never had an experience such as this. I contacted the help line several times and was told to work with the front desk, which I attempted to do. I did not want to think that this lack of concern or care had to do with my race, however other people in my company who had to wait for a room and did not deal with uncleanliness of the space or blood on towels were given a return call, points, and a free night. Me… I received nothing but a headache and have resorted to using this platform to warn others. Do not stay here!

stayed here because it was conveniently located near the hospital where my daughter was delivering. After being up all night, I was looking forward to a quick shower and some rest. Unfortunately, when I went to shower, I realized their conditioner dispenser was completely empty — something that should have been checked before guests arrived. Later, I took my son to grab a bite to eat and we decided to sit in the hotel lobby to eat. Out of nowhere, a server/bartender approached us very rudely and said, “You can’t eat in here while the restaurant is still open.” I was shocked — the restaurant had its own separate area, and we were sitting in the lobby. She even pointed to signs (which she had to turn around for us to see) to make her point. This was honestly one of the most uncomfortable and unwelcoming experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. There was no reason for the rude tone or the attitude, especially since the restaurant was empty. I would not recommend this hotel — customer service and hospitality clearly aren’t their priorities

I stayed at the Chandler Hilton this pass weekend October 23-26, 2025. I did not enjoy my stay here at all. When checking in the person at the front desk, she was very dry and was not informative about anything the hotel has to offer. She did not explain the breakfast hours or tell me it was a charge for breakfast, the wifi password or anything at all. She just simply asked for my identification and a card to put on file for incidentals and told me where the elevators were. She was not welcoming and did not make me feel excited for my stay with them. Even though it made me feel a way I still proceeded to my room with my friends and decided to not take things personal and just assume maybe she was having a bad day. The second day me and my friends decided to go explore and do some shopping we left the hotel probably about 1:30 in the afternoon. We were gone for a couple of hours and we came back around 5:30pm. When we walked into our room we noticed our room looked the same as how we left it. The beds were not made , and all of our dirty rags and towels were still there. We assume no one came in our room but quickly that indeed someone did come into our room because we noticed the trash was gone and someone took a micofiber rag that my friend brought from home. But the disturbing part was the fact that we found a tissue roll with blood on it. I touched the tissue not knowing it was blood on it and my friend used the tissue to wipe. Now this tissue with what appears to be blood was not tissue left from previous guest because if it was the blood would've been brown plus this was a new roll of tissue that my friend opened up the previous day and it was nothing on there. Im not sure if someone did this on purpose to expose me and my friends to some type of disease or if it was negligence on the staff part but either way it should have not been something we came across in our room. Now we are in fear that were exposed to some type of disease. I reported it to the hotel manager and he really did not know what to do or say to me when I showed him the toilet paper he just looked like he was in shock which he should be in this case. He did not offer any type of compensation or anything he just asked me what do I want in this moment for me to feel comfortable but honestly In that moment I just wanted to leave because I didn't feel safe and me and my friends felt paranoid on what the intentions of the person who left that tissue in our bathroom were. I just asked to be moved to another room because we only had one more day left before we checked out but I couldn't even enjoy my trip anymore after that. Me and my friends mostly stayed in the room after that because we were unsure of someone coming into our room again to mess with our things or leave blood somewhere else for us to come in contact with. After that day I never heard anything else back from the manager to give an update or to check on us to make sure we were okay. My birthday trip was ruined.

I have never been more disappointed in the Hilton name like tonight. I checked in, and upon getting ready to settle into bed with my family, we noticed there was hair and other debris in the sheets, the wall where the bed and nightstand meet had blood splatter, the door had blood spots and the toilet kept running. I had to check out immediately. The receptionist was kind and prompt about it and refunded immediately. I hope Hilton does better and no one has to stay in a room like that.
