I was at your hotel 7 to 9 Nov. 2025.
I It was one of worst stay in your hotel, very bad experience and frustrated for the below reasons:
1. I checked in on 7 Nov, front desk provided a single King Room, although I booked 2 queen bed room.
2. Front desk , issued the Key to some other person, while I was in my room, they did double checked In, at the same time, which is a serious offence.
3. My room key did not work multiple times during my 2 nights staying in Hilton hotel.
I used to travel a lot to various locations for my business trip. Overall it was a worst experience at your hotel, I never had this kind of experience.
Thanks,

We had several friends and family in town for a family wedding. The entire property was under construction, without notice. Each floor was under construction. Only 1 elevator was in working order, all computers were down, electrical outlets in several rooms did NOT work, and the restaurant did not have cheese or meat for our nachos. A hotel employee knocked on our door to ask our 'reservation name' and what room # we had, as they didn't know who was in what room. Furthermore, several of us had to get keys reprogrammed 3 to 4 times because they were changing the room #'s while construction was underway. My husband has a compromised immune system and the dust and debris caused discomfort. The toilet in our room was not completely secure and wobbled each time we used it. Overall, we were incredibly disappointed in the entire experience.

David at the front desk was awful and started our conversation by yelling at our group after we waited patiently for 20 min to check in while there was no line.

I stayed here for a work conference and they had construction beginning at 5:30 AM. My first night I was put in a room with a thermostat that was stuck on 78° with no way to stop the heat pumping out. I called the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do to help me, and no one to call for maintenance purposes. They also had no other available rooms. The next day no one called me to offer any kind of solution, I had to call and ask to be moved AGAIN. When I was finally moved, my new room had a functioning thermostat but there was wads of hair in the sink, which makes me think no one cleaned the bathroom between guests, they just made sure there was towels and toilet paper. Overall so unimpressed and not confident in the cleanliness or safety! Do not recommend!!!

Checked in at 7p and the receptionist knew that the AC was out in a block of rooms including the one she was checking me into. Went to dinner and came back at 10p to a room that was 82 degrees and the hotel booked. If we would have known when we checked in we would have found another hotel instead of sweating all night.
