They had a room that was missing an entire curtain and I asked for a room change. Rooms here i guess have the automatic curtain, which was broken entirely off, and when asked about it, the front desk guy said,” I can give you a blanket to cover it.” So, how is room cleaned and ready the handed over to me? The guy at the desk told me it would be available on Friday which I came in on a Wednesday night. He gave me a reservation but never canceled the original room in exchange for the new room. I was charged $2355! Do not stay here. The front desk customer service did not help at when i saw the charge on my card. It’s better to go across way to other hilton. Room 613

Wasn’t worth the price. My bathroom was dirty. The shower had orange soap scum ringing the bottom and when I scrubbed it, it came off so I’m not sure why it hadn’t been taken care of. The walls were also dirty. The door to my room didn’t close well and everytime housekeeping came to my room, they didn’t close the door and I came back to my room being open. Not great. Also, the pillows sucked. The breakfast was meh but on par with the quality of the hotel. Highlights were the staff: everyone was kind and helpful, the coffee and its convenient location to where I needed to be in AZ. I wouldn’t recommend and would try a different hotel next time. Or if there was a deal, I would go back if it was priced less

The double bed room was small and dark for the price. Things felt cramped inside. The bathroom door wouldn't close. A few other issues. For a single person it's perfectly fine. For a family with a kid or two, not so much. Next time, we'll just spend the 20 bucks extra and go to the Double Tree across the street. Service was good! Morning french toast coffee was very good too.
