Absolutely appalled by this hotel and their security staff. I followed a drunk driver off the freeway; he was going 35mph no headlights on, swerved not once but twice the second time almost hitting two cards. Edited the freeway in the wrong lane to head west on Chandler blvd. He parked outside the loop to the hotel where you would drop your luggage and left his car parked right at the door as he stumbled out. I have this all recorded; police searched his vehicle with flashlights from the exterior, gentlemen wws clearly intoxicated. Security allowed him to block a fire lane all night. And protected a drunk driver not providing the room for law enforcement to make contact it’s the holiday season. What if he had hit and killed a family on vacation, security is just going to protect them too. Absolutely appalled will be taking this to Hilton corporate thank God I have it all recorded.

Very nice hotel with fantastic common areas. We didn't get coffee or breakfast with cost of the room; however, considering the room and common areas, this is a very fair exchange. I imagine free (included w room price) breakfast and juice/coffee is quite costly and happy to pay for or get my own breakfast and coffee. (There is coffee maker in room and you can get grounds packet at front desk for free) By far one of my favorite places we've stayed for soccer tournaments.

Great location right off of the I10 close to the 202 I picked a room on the freeway side couldn't hear it all. Close to lots of restaurants and stores. Marissa checked me in and was really nice. The hotel was so quiet that I added an additional day to my stay. Went down to make a purchase from the market and Marissa helped me add the additional day Ria (I hope I spelled that correctly) was nice and helpful too. Booking again for Christmas.

❎❎❎DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL — WORST EXPERIENCE EVER❎❎❎❎❎❎❎❎ They do not care about customers. And for management: I already know you’ll post the usual automated “please reach out to us” reply — save it. This stay genuinely destroys the “Hilton” brand. TL;DR: AC didn’t work in Arizona heat, room was filthy with dust, and instead of giving us a new room, the hotel sent maintenance to vacuum, drill, and clean vents for over an hour while we were inside. When they finally moved us, the new room also had workers drilling right outside. Worst experience ever — avoid at all costs. I rarely leave reviews like this, but what happened during our stay needs to be documented so other travelers don’t have to go through it. From the moment we checked in, the experience was horrific. The AC was broken, and in Arizona heat the room turned into a furnace — uncomfortable, exhausting, and honestly unsafe. We informed the front desk multiple times, clearly explaining how bad it was. Instead of moving us right away, they turned our room into a maintenance workshop. For over an hour, maintenance workers came in and out, vacuuming, opening air ducts, and performing full AC repairs inside the room while we were trying to work. It wasn’t just disruptive — it was a complete invasion of privacy. No hotel should force guests to sit through HVAC repairs. During maintenance the during cleaning of the air ducts - Dust all over the surfaces, filthy vents, and clear signs of neglect — and yes, we have photos. After showing everything to the front desk and complaining repeatedly, they finally moved us. And unbelievably, the new room had construction workers actively drilling right outside, creating loud constant noise. We have photos of this too. At that point, it was obvious this hotel has zero regard for guest comfort, safety, or basic hospitality. The stay was stressful, uncomfortable, and easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. If you value sleep, privacy, cleanliness, or your money — avoid this hotel. There are far better options in the area that won’t treat guests like an inconvenience❎❎❎❎❎❎
