We had friends staying in hotel as well different room. They experienced same issue. Recommend checking water pressure in shower upon getting in room. It's the little things that can be frustrating. Update. Just spent time with other guest in elevator, all stated same issue with water pressure.

Very friendly employees from the front desk to the cleaning people to the maintenance. Id post pictures but i dropped my phone in a lake so i lost my pics. Probablh had 100 plus photos of the hotel. Very nice location! Cute shops and restaurants within walking distance. Definitely going back!

The entry, gardens, and especially the pool area are beautiful, but the hotel wing feels dated and utilitarian. Our room was comfortable yet had maintenance issues — a loud A/C unit, a broken towel hook, and part of the balcony roof sagging. For the price, the experience felt lacking, especially with extra charges for parking and breakfast. Service was also inconsistent; despite a card promising “daily room refresh,” housekeeping did not show up, and the front desk admitted it wasn’t actually daily.

Not sure what inclined her to treat us so badly - I think I called her out in front of coworkers and she couldn’t handle her mistake. IIG and crowne hotels will not have our business. Thanks so much to John, the food beverage manager for being so awesome with advice to help us during this time of need for our son in ICU at Chandler Regional Medical Center.
