The pillows and duvet were super soft, like clouds! The staff goes out of their way to help, and the service is above and beyond. They even knew my name at the front deak!

The front desk staff—Shelby and Ashley—were incredibly sweet, caring, and made my visit truly memorable. The courtyard fire tables create a charming atmosphere alongside the pool and hot tub—perfect for relaxing in the evenings. If you’ve got kids or grandchildren, they’ll love the splash pad just outside the entryway and the nearby playground park. There are also plenty of pet stations, making it very convenient for travelers with dogs. There’s a cozy lounge area and a convenient shop right by the check-in desk, plus free coffee available all day—a really nice touch! The complimentary breakfast is fantastic, offering waffles, toast, bagels, cheese omelets or eggs, sausage or bacon, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, oatmeal, and fresh fruit. There are several great restaurants nearby, plus Bashas’ grocery store within walking distance. With an in-room microwave and mini fridge, your stay will be 100%! The location couldn’t be better—you’ll love walking around the beautiful Carefree community. It’s close to all the big-city amenities while still offering that peaceful small-town charm. It truly feels like home!

Still waiting for a manager to respond back. The rooms were great, we had a great view would have stayed longer in cave creek but somewhere else.
