It seems she brings her personal problems to work and takes them out on the guests. I stayed at the hotel, and she charged me $250 without my authorization because, according to her, I smoked in the room, with no proof other than her accusation. When I finally contacted her to ask for an explanation, she responded very rudely and hung up on me. I don't think this is the treatment customers deserve. This woman earns a salary and makes a living thanks to us, the customers, and it's not fair that we pay for a room with our own money and are treated this way. We're not asking for anything for free. I hope they improve the service or replace the staff with more efficient, humane, and reasonable people.
