    It took 20 minutes for someone to quit me at the desk. After I got my room key. I walked away and overheard the housekeeper jumping onto another housekeeper in the lobby. I turned back around and said I don't want to listen to that. Please take that somewhere else.

    Room was spacious, modern and clean. Lack of outlets on one side of the bed was annoying. Huge bathroom. King size bed seemed small. Feet dangle over the edge occasionally. Pillows were too puffy. Shower had good water pressure. Night clerk was very accommodating with bottled water. Hot breakfast was decent. Eggs, sausage, potatoes and waffles. Yogurt cereal and lots of bread options. Multiple juices available. Ran out of dark roast coffee. Lots of seating in the lobby area. Short distance (7minutes) from Harding University campus.

    NOISEY HOTEL! Paper thin walls & ceiling & the loudest slamming doors I have ever heard! Had a newly improved room (they are not fully renovating the rooms) new flooring, new furniture, new shower door in the bathroom. However, the construction company did not connect the heat/air unit to the wall thermostat & it could not be turned off….air conditioner was stuck on high the entire time. I told the lady at the front desk & she gave me some batteries. The batteries did not fix the thermostat & she could have cared less. I woke up every couple of hours to unplug the unit because I was FREEZING! Then had to get back up & plug it in a couple of hours later when the room got stuffy & to drown out the noise! Room cooled to below 60 degrees on a 28 degree night - ac was not needed.

    Great place to stop when traveling. Rooms are nice and they are currently renovating. So they can only get better. Give it a try I'm sure you won't regret it.

    I'm in hotels every day. Today Addam the desk guy did an amazing job! Most desk people at hotels are lazy, and just say "we were sold out and your room is not available because they don't want to be bothered or just don't know what they are doing. Addam knew his job, and switched things around so n the computer, and checked with the cleaning people and we had rooms in less then 30 min! Wish all desk clears were as good at their jobs as Addam!
