One thing that stands out is you can't watch TV from the bed. Its at a 90 degree angle to the bed. There's even a sign on the wall that says there is no tilt if you break the TV it can be up to $700 charge.

Was a great stay ,was upgraded to a suite and the free breakfast every morning was decent. They also had draft beer on tap for guests. The only downside was it was kinda a dead area with nothing within walking distance.

Fantastic Stay for a Mountain Biking Trip! My friend and I recently stayed at the Staybridge Suites Bentonville Rogers for a mountain biking trip, and we had an absolutely excellent experience. This hotel is perfectly set up for an active visitor. The staff was fantastic—always friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We really appreciated the evening receptions, which were a nice way to wind down and grab a bite without having to venture out every night along with having the outdoor grills available! It made cooking our own meals easy and convenient after long days on the trails. I also used the fitness center several times and found it clean, well-maintained, and great for getting in a quick workout. Overall, the Staybridge Suites provided a comfortable, clean, and genuinely enjoyable experience. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Bentonville/Rogers area, especially for anyone coming for the excellent local biking. We'll definitely be back!

We checked in to our room (415) on Friday, October 17, 2025. We were exhausted after a full day of travel and an evening at dinner with our daughter. As we were sitting in our bed, watching TV, my wife noticed something jumping on our sheets. She quickly grabbed it and squished it with her nails. We looked at it. It was a flea. We initially thought GROSS, but let’s check the bed and see if we can find any others. We checked and found nothing at the time. So, we put the flea carcass on the nightstand and went on to watching our game. I found the next flea and killed it. We decided we’d ask the hotel for a different room because of fleas. We called the front desk, told them our experience and horror, and they apologized and said they would switch our room but had to make some phone calls. He said he would have to call us back in a few, but in the meantime asked if we would document our flea experience with our camera or just keep them so they could have proof when filling out paperwork. We said we would and we did just that. We packed up all of our stuff and waited in bed for the phone calls from the front desk. In the meantime we killed another flea and one more escaped. They finally called back and told us that there was NO ROOM FOR US ANYWHERE ELSE AND WE WOULD HAVE TO SLEEP IN THE FLEA INFESTED BED FOR THE NIGHT. What!? I asked if he was kidding, he said that he wasn’t. He told me he would leave a note for his manager for the next morning. I told him we’d be asking for a full refund over this and he said he understood and I could talk to the manager in the morning. Did they offer to come look at our flea collection that night? Nope. Did they offer to at the very least change the sheets? Nope. So my wife and I had a VERY terrible night trying to sleep in a flea infested bed for the night while all the time feeling like something was crawling on us. Just unacceptable. The next morning I called the front desk and asked to speak to the manager. I said I was in 415 and told her about the experience. She said she had ZERO idea about anything. She didn’t know about the room with the fleas or that we were not given other options to sleep in another room. She said she would move us immediately. She came up with our new keys, and switched us to room 222. She apologized profusely about the experience and said they would make it right and compensate us for the experience. I said we wanted a refund and she was agreeable. She took our flea collection with her and said if we needed anything else to let her know. We checked out the morning after our night in room 222. There were no issues that evening and the room was a fine room. We talked a different lady on October 19, 2025 at the desk upon checkout. We told her our experience and asked for a refund. She said there were no notes on compensation or refunding. She said she couldn’t refund our trip because we booked third-party. She said the manager we talked to didn’t even have us in the system in room 222. She said if we wanted to be IHG member she could give us some points. What!?! I checked my account later that day and it has 500 points added to it. I also checked and it takes 8000 points to book a room. So only 7500 more to get ONE night back of my refunded/compensated stay back. Listen, the lack of communication was unacceptable. The lack of compensation was unacceptable. We left that hotel with no intention of ever coming back. It could have been way different. Had they done what they said that they would do and refund our stay OR given us enough points to cover two nights and throw in an extra, this review would have been about how they bent over backwards to make sure their customers are taken care of properly. Instead, here we are. I cannot recommend staying here. I am sure the flea situations are few and far between, but with what can go wrong with hotel stays and their level of over promising and under delivering I would spend my money elsewhere. Buyer beware. UPDATE: After email, I was given 8500 points on my account. Enough for 1 night. I stayed 2. Not great.
