She preferred I wait in my car until she finished with her audit. Review the cameras you can see me waiting outside and walking back and forth to the entrance and my car just to be let in. I called front desk multiple times. She did not care and said she had to finish her audit first. I cancelled my reservation and booked at Tru down the street. Mind you I had my kids with me late at night and just needed to be let in. If we needed to wait in the lobby that’s fine but to keep the front door lobby doors locked. Worse customer service!

The rooms were very clean, the beds comfortable, the pillows weren't even as bad as a lot of Hilton locations. The breakfast buffet provided an excellent amount of surprisingly delicious choices. The team made my dad feel comfortable, and they were all so friendly. I genuinely believe that they would have been just as kind and wonderful even if I was not a Diamond member. If I travel this way again, I will 100% stay in this location!
