The suite style was perfect for my family of three to spread out (although I have to admit that it looked bigger in the pics posted on the website). The staff were super friendly, and the breakfast offered SO MANY OPTIONS. The pool was small but nice, and the courtyard was beautiful with options for grilling, outdoor dining, and sports (we checked out a basketball from the front desk). The hotel was centrally located to many attractions. We will be staying here again.

However, To the two ladies that were working last night, please let me apologize for the behavior you witnessed from my partner. Under no circumstances should you have been talked to like that. Thank you. ———Moving on, neither one of us received any decline messages from our banks which leads me to believe there was something not working in the hotels end. No fraud alerts, no pending or charges looked like it ever tried to go through for the $25 fee. I am extremely disappointed that the staff trouble shooting was not done. Just an “oh well” type attitude after we tried several cards (even an AMEX. W no credit limit) There was no restarting machine, using card on file (both Diamond members over 1,000,000 points), asking us to try digital check in. waving fee. Taking cash, (after we were told there was an ATM in lobby). NO REAL HELP. NO REAL SOLUTIONS. We went one exit up to the Embassy & had zero issues checking in (is the card on file still okay)…now I know you’ll respond with “other people got charged fine” but we didn’t see any checking, I even asked you all to charge your card for $1 to see if it worked…nope, not an option. We will get our points back & keep our thumb on this issue.
