Rooms are nice. Walls are thin. Heard the guy snoring next door the whole night. So if you’re looking for a peaceful stay night not be here. Quiet occasionally

Unfortunately this site left me unfulfilled. This is based on cost to service and amenities. Had I paid less then I might not be so critical. It is like a Milan Fashion Show. From far away, everything looks amazing but look closer and you see the safety pins and crooked stitching. The lobby area is up to date but the rooms were a time travel to 1970's, and far smaller than what I would have expected from a spa suite. Luckily, the girls had a great time.

This hands-down is the nicest Embassy’s suites I’ve ever stayed in. The one in Oklahoma city is kinda trashy. Then we stayed at the one in Grapevine like 6 years ago and the manager was so rude and it had cock roaches! Anyway this was a paid for trip so I was disappointed at first! But when I tell yall the room was nice and huge! The spa was amazing! Also, I feel like a lot of the times complementary breakfast is lack flavor when I say it was one of the best omelettes I’ve had at a hotel if not the best I mean it! When we come back we will stay here again, you guys have definitely redeemed my opinions on embassy suites. The hotel staff was amazing!

This is a huge hotel. We are here to watch a football game and the Auburn Tigers visiting team was staying here as well. The suites are large with a little sitting area and a separate bedroom. It’s not super luxury, but is spacious with lots of parking. It’s located next to the convention center, the Walmart amphitheater concert, venue, Topgolf, and the pinnacle Hills shopping mall. It’s also right off the highway so it’s very convenient. If you’re seeing a hogs game or doing anything else in Northwest Arkansas. The breakfast was a disappointment. Go down the street to Chick-fil-A. It’s much better. The rooms just need updated. We were surprised at how much rust was in the bathtub and it wasn’t super clean. There was hair on the mirror when we got there. Also, even though we shut off the AC, the cold still blowed and was freezing in the room. The heat would not come on.

The location is excellent if you are going to a show at Walmart AMP. Our original room was apparently not ready when we were checking in so they put us in a similar room but on a different floor. We had a double double + couch room. At the end of the night we discovered that the sheets for the pull out couch were inside the couch, which makes me pretty sure they weren't clean so we grabbed blankets from our vehicle for the person on the couch rather than wait for housekeeping that late. In the morning we had no hot water for showers, just cold and colder. I had thought it was due to the time of day but then my son who showered at midnight before going to bed said it was cold then too. So if you stay here dont do like we did, check your bedding, hot water, and towel situation early (I've found most hotels only give 3 towels these days even if room is able to hold up to 6 people) Breakfast was meh, the only creamer for coffee was hazelnut. No vanilla or even carafes of half and half or milk. The buffet line was very busy and foods not being refilled quickly. I noticed they flat out stopped refilling about 10 min before closing time even though there was a large number of people arriving to find some limp bacon and pre-made pancakes as their only options. There was cereal and oatmeal but not a bowl in sight. Overall it was just a convenient place to lay our heads for the night.
