I was upset that I would have to invest time to get this issue resolved. The staff at the hotel was most helpful. The error turned out to be the fault of my corporate travel agency, but the Hampton took care of it. I really appreciate the customer service and the Southern Hospitality. When I am in NE Arkansas, this is my hotel.
