I stayed here from November 14 through November 18. Everything was great front desk the facility great location. The staff were amazing. The room was clean. Most definitely will return for stay when I visit Fort Smith again. I love the fact that the staff even remember my name when I would come in and out the building

"Hotel of Horror” is an understatement If I could give zero stars, I would. We stayed one night and couldn’t get out fast enough. We checked in around 7 p.m., went to a family gathering, and came back ready to sleep. That’s when the nightmare began. At 2 a.m., my sister screamed after spotting a roach crawling across the floor...on the 9th floor. Roaches. On. The. Ninth. Floor. We called the front desk and were moved to another room. Unfortunately, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the last apocalypse; sticky floors, red food splatters on lampshades, and yes… another roach in the bathroom. When I called again, the night clerk (sweet girl, not her fault) offered yet another “clean” room. Spoiler: it wasn’t clean either. There was a dirty sock, rotting ceiling tiles, warped walls, and no fitted sheet on the bed. By the time we reached our fourth room at 4:00am, we were exhausted and defeated. That one had urine and pubic hair on the toilet seat and a broken connecting door. The only saving grace was a second bathroom that we prayed was less contaminated. The next morning, our parents found a strong smell of urine in the corner of their room. Dog or human, I’m not sure which is worse. When I asked the front desk lady if we could speak to the supervisor, since the sweet girl helping us the previous night said she wouldn't be in until the next morning, she didn’t even bother answering my question; just a flat, “what do you need?” and a reminder that because we booked through a third party, “nothing could be done.” Convenient. To make matters worse, I realized I’d left my brand new jacket behind. After being hung up on and brushed off by one employee, Ronnie (the only competent person there) personally went and found it himself. Ronnie deserves five stars. The rest of this place deserves fumigation. There’s an easel in the lobby that says “Hotel of Horror.” At first, I thought it was Halloween décor. Turns out, it was just the most honest advertisement in the building.

Stayed one night in between travels, wish we stayed longer. The entire staff was GREAT, and very helpful. Bed was very comfortable, rooms were clean - room we had didn't have a mini fridge but we didn't need one, and there were no trash bags in trashcan . The parking lot is small, but theres free steet parking and garage access acroxs the street. Overall still 5 stars - beautiful hotel, bar was a nice plus and breakfast was delicious. You normally don't find nice hotels that are pet friendly this one went above and beyond expectations. Love Wyndham hotels .

Whenever I got there, it was just straight up beautiful. The outside and the inside were stunning. Check in was very easy too. Once we did the check in process, we entered the elevator and went to our room. The room was very nice though, but you can tell that the hotel/room itself was old. We then headed to the pool to have fun. The pool was indoors, and it was cold, but you can get used to it easily. Whenever I got back to my room I took a shower, of course, and I went to sleep. Since I came with my family of 3 (Mom, and brother), I slept in the middle. Although it was a little bit cold at first, I was sweating. Being in the middle did not help, because I didn’t get much sleep because of the heat. Whenever I woke up, I changed clothes and checked out. Overall, the hotel might be old, but I recommend going to this hotel if you’re staying for a nearby event. I don’t recommend staying here for family road trips though. Great hotel!
