- DBDale BerryOct 15, 20251.0I hate to leave a negative review, as the staff were helpful and friendly, however, the family wanted a night away from the normal, so we reserved two king size suits and allowed our girls to invite a friend, and called it a simple stay-ca…we have stayed at this location in the past, so we were comfortable with our reservation; however, upon arrival and initial inspection of both rooms, we found left over food container, used lemons, and, this was the one that broke it for us, a prescription pill in the floor. I wish I would had taken photos, but it didn’t even cross my mind. Being upset by the condition of the $250 room, we purchased two at that price, I gathered all the items and took them to the front desk. Having looked up the identity of the prescription, as I was afraid to touch it in today’s world of fentanyl, it was a Xanax. The thought of it having been something more dangerous and my kids or one of their guest having got ahold of it, has me rather upset. There is no way that room was cleaned, other than the bed made, after the last guest. Their solution to our problem, a $25 gift card to a local steak house, and a big of candies. Yep, $500, free used food and drugs, and they gifted us $25 and candy. Here’s an idea, how about a full refund as anyone in my party could have had a medical issue because you didn’t hire people willing to clean the rooms proper. As much as I hate to say it, I won’t be back, nor will I use the name brand again. If this is how they handle issues, I can’t imagine they washed the bedding…
