  Great stay ! Thank you Marka at the front desk for being so accommodating and for making us feel so welcome. And thank you Jessee for bringing the cart around back for us. From now on this is our " go to " hotel in Ft. Smith

  I hate to leave a negative review, as the staff were helpful and friendly, however, the family wanted a night away from the normal, so we reserved two king size suits and allowed our girls to invite a friend, and called it a simple stay-ca…we have stayed at this location in the past, so we were comfortable with our reservation; however, upon arrival and initial inspection of both rooms, we found left over food container, used lemons, and, this was the one that broke it for us, a prescription pill in the floor. I wish I would had taken photos, but it didn’t even cross my mind. Being upset by the condition of the $250 room, we purchased two at that price, I gathered all the items and took them to the front desk. Having looked up the identity of the prescription, as I was afraid to touch it in today’s world of fentanyl, it was a Xanax. The thought of it having been something more dangerous and my kids or one of their guest having got ahold of it, has me rather upset. There is no way that room was cleaned, other than the bed made, after the last guest. Their solution to our problem, a $25 gift card to a local steak house, and a big of candies. Yep, $500, free used food and drugs, and they gifted us $25 and candy. Here’s an idea, how about a full refund as anyone in my party could have had a medical issue because you didn’t hire people willing to clean the rooms proper. As much as I hate to say it, I won’t be back, nor will I use the name brand again. If this is how they handle issues, I can’t imagine they washed the bedding…

  Really disappointed with our stay at this property. The lobby seemed really nice but as soon as we walked into our room it smelled like mildew/mold and felt “damp”. We were exhausted from work and just chalked it up to being in the south with high humidity but I have allergies to mold and when I woke up, my eyes burned and itched, confirming my thoughts from earlier. The wallpaper was peeling in the room and the AC unit buzzed very loudly all night long. Now all of our clothes and bags smell like damp basement, which is super inconvenient as we travel for work and don’t always have access to laundry facilities. We definitely won’t be staying here again. I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone with allergies to stay here.

  As a Diamond member, we stay in Hiltons multiple nights a week for work. This hotel is by far not up to traditional Hilton standards. Hotel seems alright as you walk in to the lobby, but rooms are a complete different story. I'm not sure if they have mold issues or what, but the smell tells you something is off. Then if you look at the walls peeling, you can visualize that there is something going on. The ac rattles and shakes like there is an earthquake going on, the shower leaks water all night. The carpet could use a cleaning, or even just vacuumed. Very disappointed in this property, should have stayed at the Marriott property across the street.
