Reserved two rooms side by side for us and our daughter and her two babies. My daughter got up around 11pm to find brown water coming up between the tiles and the smell of sewer. The hotel wanted to move her and the babies to a separate floor which would require waking up both kids and getting a not bring able to assist her during the night. We moved the kids in their pack-n-plays into our room next door (without waking them). The hotel is not willing to offer a refund to my daughter. Very poor experience.

I stayed here this past weekend and was very disappointed with my experience. I checked in Friday night, and the young lady at the desk was actually asleep when I arrived. On Saturday, I purchased a sandwich from the front desk, but when I opened it, the wrapper and sandwich were soaking wet, making it inedible. The biggest issue was the showers. I stayed in room 123 and room 222, and neither had hot water. On Friday night, Saturday morning, and again today before checking out, the shower water never got hot—it stayed cold. When I spoke with the front desk, the staff member admitted she had been reporting this issue to management and had even tried resetting it, but clearly the problem was never resolved. Additionally, the patio was locked during my stay, which was very inconvenient since that was the only designated place where guests who smoke could go. As a Hilton Gold Member, I find this completely unacceptable. I expect better quality and service when staying at Hilton properties. I am requesting a full refund for my stay, including a return of my points.

This is our first time staying at a tru hotel. as somebody from an older generation used to staying at other types of hotels. The rooms were clean. Everything was nice, but it caters to a younger clientele, which is not their fault. It's their business model, but it's not something we would probably use again. Because we are used to rooms with microwaves, etc. And this one is very minimal. This is the only major hotel in this town

I must brag about this location. It is in a rural area but the experience was beyond expectations. Everything was neat and clean. The lobby area, our room and the pool area (places I noticed the most) Staff is friendly and helpful at all hours. Right by Walmart and local hospital. Also, the check-out time at this location is a plus!
