Upon entering, the lobby felt clustered. The free coffee was great and tasted fantastic. The service was alright, though it did feel like the woman behind the desk might have been inebriated, which was a bit disconcerting. The breakfast was very poorly seasoned, but I do appreciate that it was warm and didn’t run out absurdly early. The room itself was beautiful. When we first walked in, we thought, “Wow, this is awesome.” Then we sat on the bed and felt the pillows… and we knew we were in for a long night. And boy, what a long night it was. We woke up aching and exhausted from the hardness of the bed and the lumps in the pillows. I personally would avoid this inn because the whole purpose is to sleep, and you won’t get a good night’s rest here.

Stay away! I wasn’t crazy about the place when we walked in. There was a smell to it. I’m not sure what it was, but it just wasn’t clean. We walked into our room and we could tell right away that it was not kept or very clean. I went to the bathroom and noticed hair on the floor by the toilet, maybe public hairs, maybe some curly beard hair. Regardless, it was nasty. Then, I noticed additional things. Check out the pictures. My husband asked for another room and the lady at from desk was indifferent. She told my husband to get her stuff out of the room before she could give us another room. We took our stuff out of the room and went back to the front desk. She didn’t apologize, she didn’t say anything. She just handed us another key. The new room did not have any pubic hairs on the floor, but it was not any better. Honestly, I was afraid I was going to get bedbugs. You can tell that they do not care about customer service. They do not care about cleanliness. The room was not presentable at all. Check out the pictures I added, and you can get an idea of what I mean.

Wow! The updated rooms are fabulous! This Hampton Inn has been in need of a renovation for a while and it’s still ongoing. I had the pleasure of staying in one of the renovated rooms last night and cannot wait to see the renovations in the rest of the hotel complete. The rooms are on par with any Doubletree Inn or Garden Inn. The walk-in shower is definitely my favorite.

This is a very old hotel I would say 80s since last update but it was clean and super friendly, the pool is heated and the breakfast was decent, they have a smoking area and gazebo out back. Plenty of parking and feels safes
