April, the hotel manager finished up getting me checked into my room allowing the receptionist to assist another hotel guest. Which I thought was wonderful to see upper management assisting employees in order to better serve the guests quickly so no one had to wait. That is not something you see in most managers. Our room was very clean & spacious with everything we could possibly need during our stay. Tv reception was great with no lag or interruptions & very easy to navigate in order to log in to our accounts for streaming services. And even though we were on the first floor near the breakfast area it was quiet & we got a great nights sleep. I would highly recommend this hotel for its amazing staff, proximity to many great restaurants that are within walking distance of the hotel & overall cleanliness & hospitality. They are by far the best hotel to stay in when visiting Batesville!

My man got the handicap room so I would be able to shower and enjoy it that was nice but had to get several towels for the water on the floor so I wouldn't fall bc it didn't drain right. Breakfast was gross frozen and put in microwave.but the staff was great. Extremely friendly.

From a smooth in and out, a yummy breakfast before I hit the road again, a comfy bed after a long day of driving and friendly staff across the board. Chelsea in housekeeping pointed me to the ice machines.Kenny in maintenance put a large suitcase back on the luggage cart after it fell off. Shelia at check in was super friendly and gave my pup a treat that staff keep behind the desk making every guest feel welcomed. I got to talking to Stephanie at check out was very sweet and down to earth. I had seen 3 awards by the snacks by the desk, Stephanie said that 2 of the 3 awards were for excellently and the 3rd was for being in the top 3% of Hilton properties. I appreciated Miss Dot having coffee out early and was very friendly as we chatted for a while. As a Gold Hilton Honors member I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone.
