This place honestly looks like it just went through a natural disaster or riot, the room was a mess, the door barely closed, the couch was dirty and the shower was barely functional. The entire place is wrecked, holes in the walls, paint on the floor and doors off the hinges. The digital key did not work but the staff was very nice.

We checked in…the room key maker was down. I had to be escorted to my room to be let in with the master key. Our room and the facilities need a significant amount of work. Seems like no one has been taking care of this place for years. Everything seems to need either paint or repair. HVAC made noises all night. Crazy stuff like housekeeping doors that have been destroyed and pulled off their hinges… Just kind of embarrassing. Regret spending points to stay here.

Recently stayed here. My husband and I were very pleased with our room. It was very spacious, clean and the kitchen area was well stocked with plates, cutlery etc. All the staff members were very kind and welcoming. A special thank you to Christina in housekeeping who went out of her way to help us as we were departing. The breakfast provided had many options and was good. Great safe location. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Rooms smell horrible with stinky old tile carpets. Also several doors look like they have been forced open with damage around the door handle, also old stained paint. The lobby looks great but the rooms don’t !

DISGUSTING. I recently stayed at the Home2 Suites in Prattville, Alabama, and I am extremely disappointed with the experience. This was, without question, the worst hotel stay I have ever had. The property was in unacceptable condition and does not meet Hilton’s standards of cleanliness, comfort, or safety. Here are some of the most concerning issues: Severe pest problem: The hotel is infested with roaches. During my stay, multiple roaches were seen in common areas and even inside the classroom where we were meeting for an Air Force class. On two occasions, we had to kill roaches crawling on the chairs. Several of my coworkers and I also found roaches in our rooms. Poor air conditioning: The HVAC system throughout the hotel is terrible. There is no air conditioning in the hallways, making them hot and uncomfortable. In the rooms, the temperature control is unmanageable — you can either freeze or overheat, with no middle ground. Unclean and poorly maintained rooms: The bedsheets were stained, worn, and full of holes. The room doors were broken, requiring excessive force to open or close. Roaches were seen inside multiple rooms, including mine. Unhygienic facilities: The laundry area was filthy, with both the washer and dryer in unacceptable condition. The gym was extremely small, poorly equipped, and not properly maintained. Overall, this property is a disgrace to the Hilton brand. I chose Home2 Suites expecting a clean, comfortable, and professional environment, especially while traveling for official Air Force training. Instead, I experienced conditions that were unsanitary, uncomfortable, and unsafe.
