The hotel staff especially Jasmine (front desk manager), went extremely above and beyond to help us, and it was truly made a difference in our trip. Everyone was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Any questions or requests we had were handled quickly and professionally. It’s rare to find a place where the service feels this personal. We’re very grateful for the help we received and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming and stress-free stay.

Sadly, there was no availability. Although the desk clerk was very nice, she never gave me anything to use to clean the floor. According to her, housekeeping was out for the day. My call to the general manager was not answered nor did I receive a call back. I would love to post the pics of room 402.
