This was a very disappointing stay considering all the reviews and ratings I had seen. The location Inn Ozark was perfect for our travels. When we arrived, we could see the exterior and interior is under rehab and had been for six months. Wish that were a notice on the website or when I called the front desk. Never mentioned. The rooms look nothing like what is shown on the website. Very disappointing, barely basic. The refrigerator was barely cool with no way to adjust the temperature. The free breakfast provided was awful. Strange looking light colored patties might’ve been sausage dry little folded over maybe egg, a couple of sad, looking potato wedges, husband cooked and tried a waffle and threw it out. It would’ve had a bowl of cereal, but that wasn’t available although they had some gooey looking oatmeal. The bakery offerings were terribly uneditable so we managed to split and share a bagel. Coffee was weak and tasteless. The bathroom in particular was disgusting with pink mold and dirty black mold, I’ve attached photos. I understand the hotel interior had recently been renovated, not sure about the rooms! On a positive note, the king bed was quite comfortable The air conditioner was nice and quiet, and Ty at the front desk was lovely. Suffice it to say we will not be revisiting, this particular Hampton Inn.

This is a work in progress a they are renovating. Pool is nice, workout room is still under construction as are many rooms. Our cable did not work but they offered us another room... but it still needed the thermostat set up. So are kept out room and they offered extras points as we are gold members. Staff was great.. new beds comfy... upgrades are nice.

I have stayed here several times. The employees are very friendly. The rooms are nice. And now feels even more like a bedroom with the renovations. Really enjoyed staying here. I recommend anyone looking for a hotel in the area to stay here. I would give them a 10/10 if I could on everything.

If I could give this place a negative rating, I would. The front desk receptionist (female) was extremely rude, and the customer service overall was terrible. They charge $75 for late checkout with zero flexibility, and the cleaning staff check if your bags are still in the room and then text the front desk to add the extra charge.
The room itself was also disappointing. The doors were extremely difficult to open and close, making it hard to feel secure. To shut the door properly, you had to slam it, which was both frustrating and noisy.
To make matters worse, when I asked questions about my bill, the staff actually went outside to count how many cars I had and accused me of lying, saying, “I thought you said you only had one car.” Completely unprofessional behavior.
I do not recommend staying here.
